Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արմեն Ղևոնդյանը (նստավայրը՝ Աստանա) իր հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնին։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից։
«Ազգի պալատ» պետական նստավայրում կայացած 9 օտարերկրյա դեսպանների հավատարմագրերի հանձնման արարողությանը նախագահ Ռահմոնն ընդգծել է, որ նորանշանակ դեսպանների կողմից ներկայացված պետությունների հետ գործընկերության շարունակականությունը Տաջիկստանը դիտարկում է որպես իր արտաքին քաղաքականության բաղկացուցիչ մաս և դրական է գնահատում վերջինիս հեռանկարը։
Ողջույնի խոսքում նախագահ Ռահմոնը, ներկայացնելով միջազգային ասպարեզում գործընկերների և բարեկամների շրջանակի ընդլայնմանը միտված՝ Դուշանբեի կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերն, առանձնանշել է, որ փոխըմբռնումն ու արգասաբեր միջպետական համագործակցությունն այսօր նոր նշանակություն են ձեռք բերում։
Բնութագրելով Տաջիկստանի հարաբերություններն արարողությանը մասնակցող դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների ղեկավարների կողմից ներկայացված երկրների հետ՝ Տաջիկստանի նախագահը մասնավորապես նշել է, որ Հայաստանին և Տաջիկստանին կապում են ամուր բարեկամության վաղեմի ավանդույթներն,բարի վերաբերմունքն ու փոխադարձ ջերմ զգացմունքները։
Այս համատեքստում Երևանն ու Դուշանբեն պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել համագործակցության համակողմանի զարգացման՝ երկկողմ փոխհարաբերություններում առկա բարենպաստ մթնոլորտի պայմաններում։
Հաջողություն մաղթելով դեսպաններին իրենց դիվանագիտական գործունեությունում՝ նախագահ Ռահմոնը հույս է հայտնել, որ դեսպանների արդյունավետ գործունեությունը կծառայի ի շահ երկրների միջև բարեկամության և բազմակողմանի համագործակցության զարգացման և ամրապնդման։
