Hellenic Aerospace Industry (HAI) ընկերությունը հայտարարել է ARCHYTAS II հունական արտադրության անօդաչու թռչող սարքի (ԱԹՍ) մշակման մասին, որը պետք է մրցակցի թուրքական Bayraktar TB2-ի հետ: Նոր անօդաչու թռչող սարքը պարծենում է ուղղահայաց թռիչքի և վայրէջքի (VTOL) հնարավորություններով, ինչը նրան տարբերում է իր թուրքական նմանօրինակից։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Greek City Times-ը։
ARCHYTAS II-ը զգալի առաջընթաց է ներկայացնում DEFEA 2023 պաշտպանական ցուցահանդեսում ներկայացված ARCHYTAS-ի սկզբնական նախատիպից:
ARCHYTAS II անօդաչու թռչող սարքի թեւերի բացվածքը 6 մետր է, երկարությունը՝ 4 մետր, ունակ է տեղափոխել 30 կիլոգրամանոց բեռ՝ ներառյալ ռումբերն ու հրթիռները։ Ութ էլեկտրական շարժիչներ սնուցում են VTOL-ը, որոնք անցնում են հորիզոնական թռիչքի ջերմային շարժիչի միջոցով, ինչը տալիս է ինը ժամ թռիչքի մոտավոր դիմացկունություն: Անօդաչու թռչող սարքը նախագծված է ինչպես պաշտպանական, այնպես էլ հարձակողական գործողությունների համար ցամաքային կառավարման կենտրոնների հետ անխափան ինտեգրացիայի համար:
Ֆունկցիոնալ նախատիպը մշակվել է ընդամենը երեք տարում՝ համեմատած Bayraktar-ի տասնամյա զարգացման ժամանակի հետ։ Ավելին, HAI-ն պնդում է, որ ARCHYTAS ծրագրի ողջ արժեքը համարժեք է Թուրքիայի Bayraktar-ի նավատորմի մեկ օրվա գործառնական ծախսերին՝ ընդգծելով ծրագրի ծախսարդյունավետությունը:
Հաղորդվում է, որ Հունաստանի ռազմաօդային ուժերը հետաքրքրություն են հայտնել 25 միավոր նախնական պատվերի նկատմամբ, ընդ որում, առաջին երկու անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը կարող են մատակարարվել մինչև 2025 թվականի վերջը, եթե պայմանագիրը կնքվի սեպտեմբերին:
