Արտոնյալ փաթեթներ ձեռք բերելու, ինչպես նաև հասարակական տրանսպորտից անվճար օգտվելու իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիները կարող են դիմել վարչական շրջանների մասնաշենքեր (թաղապետարաններ), «Թելսել» գրասենյակներ կամ այցելել transport.yerevan.am կայք։ Այս մասին  հայտնում են Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանից:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մինչև ս.թ. փետրվարի 28-ը ներառյալ 30-օրյա, 90-օրյա կամ 365-օրյա տոմս ձեռք բերած քաղաքացիները (բացառությամբ անվճար ուղևորափոխադրման իրավունքի կրողների) կստանան լրացուցիչ 30 օր օգտագործման հնարավորություն։

Երևանի հասարակական տրանսպորտից անվճար կարող են օգտվել հետևյալ քաղաքացիները՝

Արցախյան կամ ՀՀ պաշտպանության մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում զոհված կամ ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս անհայտ կորած կամ անհայտ բացակայող կամ մահացած ճանաչված անձանց ընտանիքի անդամները,

մինչև 8 տարեկան երեխաները,

ծնողազուրկ դպրոցականները և ուսանողները,

ծերանոցներում, մանկատներում ապրող պետական լրիվ խնամքի տակ գտնվող անձիք,

ֆունկցիոնալության խորը և ծանր աստիճանի սահմանափակում ունեցող անձինք,

4 և ավելի անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող բազմազավակ ծնողները և մի շարք այլ խմբեր:

Երևանի հասարակական տրանսպորտից օգտվելիս հետևյալ քաղաքացիները կարող են օգտվել սահմանված արտոնություններից

Ուսանողներ– 15% զեղչ

63 տարին լրացած կենսաթոշակառուներ – 30% զեղչ

Անապահովության նպաստառուներ – 20% զեղչ

Դպրոցականներ – 20% զեղչ:
