ԵՄ-ն ուղի է որոնում Ուկրաինայի վնասի փոխհատուցման նպատակով ՌԴ ակտիվները բռնագրավելու համար

Եվրամիությունը վերադարձել է ռուսաստանյան սառեցված ակտիվները հօգուտ Ուկրաինայի բռնագրավելու թեմային, հայտնում են բանակցությունների ընթացքին ծանոթ Bloomberg-ի աղբյուրները։ Քննարկումների նոր փուլը սկսվել է Կիևին ԱՄՆ աջակցության կրճատման հավանականության ֆոնին։ Այսպես, եվրոպացի պաշտոնյաներն առաջարկել են որպես գրավ օգտագործել Ռուսաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկի արգելափակված ակտիվները՝ Պահանջների հարցով ապագա միջազգային հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքի շրջանակներում։ Պատերազմի ավարտից հետո այն պետք է որոշի Ուկրաինային փոխհատուցման չափը։ Գործակալության աղբյուրների համաձայն, գաղափարն այն է, որ Կենտրոնական բանկի ակտիվները կարող են առգրավվել, եթե Ռուսաստանը հրաժարվի փոխհատուցել պատճառած վնասը։ Կոնկրետ գումարը չի նշվում։ Աղբյուրները նշում են, որ դա կախված կլինի հնարավոր խաղաղության համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում սահմանված փոխհատուցումը Ռուսաստանի վճարելու պարտավորությունից:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Կրեմլը կարող է համաձայնել տրամադրել Արևմուտքում սառեցված պետական ակտիվները պատերազմի ավարտից հետո Ուկրաինայի վերականգնման համար։ Միաժամանակ Reuters-ի աղբյուրները նշել են, որ Մոսկվան պնդում է, որ 100 միլիարդ դոլար պետք է ուղարկվի գրավյալ տարածքներ, իսկ 200 միլիարդ դոլար՝ Կիև։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ԵՄ-ի, G7-ի երկրները և Ավստրալիան սառեցրել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Կենտրոնական բանկի 300 միլիարդ դոլարը՝ արժեթղթերի և կանխիկի տեսքով։ Առանձին արգելափակվել են ռուսաստանցի միլիարդատերերի ևս 58 միլիարդ դոլարի ակտիվները, ներառյալ անշարժ գույքը, զբոսանավերը և ինքնաթիռները։
