Դպրոցներում աշակերտների բացակայությունների թույլատրելի շեմը

Ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում 120-200 ժամ դասերից բացակայած 2-12-րդ դասարանների սովորողի հաջորդ դասարան փոխադրվելու կամ Հաստատությունից դուրս մնալու հարցը քննարկվում է մանկավարժական խորհրդում մինչև մայիսի 15-ը: Այս մասին նշվում է նախարարի հրամանում, որը ստորագրվել է տարիներ առաջ, սակայն գործում է առայսօր։
Սովորողի բացակայությունների հաշվառումն իրականացվում է ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում և ամփոփվում է ուսումնական պարապմունքների ավարտից 15 օր առաջ:
Հաստատության տնօրենը հաստատում է 5 քննական առարկաների ցանկը, ժամանակացույցը և տեղեկացնում է Նախարարությանն ու լիազոր մարմնին: Քննություններին կարող են մասնակցել Նախարարության և (կամ) լիազոր մարմնի ներկայացուցիչը (ները):
Հաստատության մանկավարժական խորհուրդը կազմում և տնօրենի հաստատմանն է ներկայացնում տեղեկանք՝ 2-12-րդ դասարանների սովորողի բացակայությունների քանակի, դրանց բնույթի վերաբերյալ:
1) 10-12-րդ դասարանների սովորողների մասին տեղեկանքը՝ Հաստատության տնօրենի կողմից ներկայացվում է Նախարարություն` որոշում կայացնելու համար:
2) Նախարարությունը, 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում, կայացնում է որոշում և տեղեկացնում է Հաստատության տնօրենին:
36. Բոլոր դասարանների քննական առաջադրանքները մշակվում են Հաստատության մեթոդմիավորումների կողմից՝ առնվազն 3 տարբերակով:
Քննությունների և ամփոփիչ ստուգողական աշխատանքների հիման վրա նշանակվում են սովորողի տարեկան գնահատականները:
Որևէ կիսամյակում կամ ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում 120-200 ժամ բացակայության դեպքում սովորողի կիսամյակային (տարեկան) գնահատականներ չեն նշանակվում՝ անկախ ընթացիկ գնահատականների առկայությունից: Բոլոր առարկաների տարեկան գնահատականները որոշվում են լրացուցիչ քննությունների և ամփոփիչ ստուգողական աշխատանքների միջոցով՝ մանկավարժական խորհրդի կողմից սահմանված ժամանակացույցի՝ սույն կարգի համաձայն:
200 ժամից ավելի բացակայելու կամ նախատեսված քննություններից և ամփոփիչ ստուգողական աշխատանքներից (10 միավորային համակարգում)՝ 1-3 միավոր գնահատված լինելու դեպքերում՝ սովորողը, կրկնում է դասընթացը, իսկ 9-րդ և 12-րդ դասարանների 19 տարին լրացած սովորողը դուրս է մնում ուսումնական հաստատությունից:
