Բլոգեր 222Lava-ն ահազանգում է՝ հնարավոր է, որ իրեն կալանավորեն։

Այս մասին գրում են լրատվամիջոցները՝ հղում անելով բլոգերին, որը հայտարարությունն արել է սոցիալական ցանցերի իր էջերում տեսանյութի միջոցով։ 

Հիշեցնենք՝ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին ինֆլյոենսեր-բլոգերը տիկտոկյան իր ալիքում հրապարակած տեսանյութում հայտնել էր, որ ՊԵԿ-ն իրեն 109 մլն դրամի չափով վարչական տուգանքի է ենթարկել:

Վարույթն ուղարկվել է Քննչական կոմիտե։

Կոմիտեից «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ին հայտնեցին․ «Դեպքի առթիվ վարույթը նախաձեռնվել է 281-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով։ Միջնորդություն չի ներկայացվել, խափանման միջոց կալանքի հարց այս պահին չկա»։

Ըստ ՔԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Կիմա Ավդալյանի՝ «222Lava» անունով հայտնի Էրիկ Շահբազյանն այս պահին որևէ կարգավիճակ չունի։

Քրեական օրենսգրքի 281 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը նշում է․

«Առանց պետական հաշվառման կամ գրանցման ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն իրականացնելը կամ առանց հատուկ թույլտվության կամ առանց լիցենզիայի լիցենզավորման ենթակա կամ առանց ծանուցման ենթակա գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունք ձեռք բերելու ծանուցման ենթակա կամ օրենքով արգելված ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն իրականացնելը կամ առանց թույլտվության ընդերքը կամ բնական պաշարներն օգտագործելը, որը խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս է պատճառել անձի կամ կազմակերպության իրավունքներին, ազատություններին կամ օրինական շահերին կամ հասարակության կամ պետության օրինական շահերին, որն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս է պատճառել պատժվում է ազատության սահմանափակմամբ` մեկից երեք տարի ժամկետով, կամ կարճաժամկետ ազատազրկմամբ` մեկից երկու ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ` երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով»։
