Յունիբանկը թողարկել է 3.9 մլրդ դրամի բաժնետոմսեր

Յունիբանկը հայտարարում է սովորական բաժնետոմսերի նոր թողարկման մասին: Նախատեսվում է տեղաբաշխել 10 մլն բաժնետոմս, որոնց ընդհանուր արժեքը տեղաբաշխման գնով կազմում է 3.9 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ: Բաժնետոմսերը կարող են ձեռք բերել ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձինք՝ այցելելով բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղ: Ձեռքբերման ենթակա նվազագույն փաթեթը կազմում է 2600 հատ:

Յունիբանկի՝ որպես դինամիկ զարգացող և վստահելի բանկի բաժնետոմսերը հասարակության համար խնայողությունների ներդրման երկարաժամկետ և շահավետ հնարավորություն են: Բաժնետոմսերի նոր թողարկմամբ Յունիբանկը շարունակում է հասարակության լայն շերտերի ներգրավումը բանկի կառավարման գործում, ինչը նպաստում է աշխատանքի արդյունավետության և թափանցիկության բարձրացմանը։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ Յունիբանկն իրականացրել է բաժնետոմսերի 7 թողարկում: 2024 թվականին բանկն իր բաժնետերերին վճարեց 4,1 մլրդ դրամի շահութաբաժիններ:

2024 թվականը Յունիբանկն ամփոփել է ավելի քան 10 մլրդ դրամ զուտ շահույթով: Բանկի ակտիվները նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աճել են մոտ 18%-ով, ընդհանուր կապիտալը՝ 14%-ով:

AMX ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխությանը Յունիբանկը լավագույնը ճանաչվեց երկու անվանակարգերում՝ «Բորսայում բաժնետոմսերի լավագույն թողարկող» և «Լավագույնը բաժնետոմսերի երկրորդային շուկայում»:

Բաժնետոմսերի Ազդագիրը ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից գրանցվել է 29.01.2025թ.-ին՝ ՀՀ ԿԲ թիվ 1/25 Ա որոշման համաձայն: Ներդրողը կարող է ձեռք բերել Ազդագիրը և Ազդագրին կից ներկայացվող փաստաթղթերը թղթային տարբերակով «Յունիբանկ» ԲԲԸ-ի գլխամասային գրասենյակում և մասնաճյուղերում, իսկ էլեկտրոնային պատճենը` www.unibank.am կայքում:
