Американский самолет экстренно сел в Риме из-за угрозы взрыва при перелете через Каспийское море

Рейс American Airlines, летевший из Нью-Йорка в Дели, изменил курс на аэропорт Фьюмичино в воскресенье днем, когда пролетал над Каспийским морем, из-за предполагаемой угрозы взрыва, сообщает Euronews.
На борту Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner находились 199 пассажиров и члены экипажа. Рейс AA292 вылетел из аэропорта Кеннеди в субботу вечером в 20:30 по местному времени и приземлился в 17:22 в аэропорту Рима в сопровождении двух военных истребителей. Удаленная зона аэропорта была подготовлена.
Американская авиакомпания посчитала, что у нее есть необходимый персонал в Leonardo Da Vinci , чтобы справиться с чрезвычайной ситуацией и помочь пассажирам, которые окажутся в пункте назначения, расположенном далеко от места назначения. Согласно процедуре, после высадки пассажиры должны будут пройти проверку безопасности на борту самолета, которую проведут саперы и сотрудники полиции.
На пути следования самолета AA292 были и другие аэропорты для экстренной посадки, в том числе в Стамбуле и Дубае.
