Վերջին ամիսներին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Շենգավիթի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Արթուր Մկրտիչյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Արծրուն Միքայելյանի գլխավորությամբ, Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում կանխել ու նախականխել են բազմաթիվ հանցագործություններ, ինչպես նաև բացահայտել առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություններ։ Նման հանցագործություն է համարվում նաև կողոպուտը։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, փետրվարի 24-ին ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ 1 օր առաջ Արտաշիսյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում քաղաքացու նկատմամբ իրականացվել է կողոպուտ, որի ժամանակ այդ քաղաքացուց բացահայտ հափշտակել են խոշոր չափի գումար, ապա դիմել փախուստի։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ տեղում բաժնի պետ Ա. Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ, համայնքային մի քանի ոստիկանների մասնակցությամբ ստեղծվում է օպերատիվ խումբ ու կարճ ժամանակում Շենգավիթի ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ տուժածը Երևանի բնակիչ 47-ամյա Վրեժ Դ.-ն է, ում մոտից անհայտ անձը կողոպուտի եղանակով հափշտակել է 300 հազար դրամ։
Շենգավիթի ոստիկանները արդեն փետրվարի 24-ին ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներով պարզում են, որ նշված հանցագործությունը կատարել են Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 57-ամյա Հարություն Ղ.-ն և Երևանի բնակիչ 62-ամյա Արմեն Ժ.-ն։
Ոստիկանները ճշտում են նշված անձանց գտնվելու վայրը ու Բագրատունյաց պողոտայի հասցեներից մեկի մոտից կողոպուտ կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով Հարություն Ղ.-ին հայտնաբերում, ձերբակալում և տեղափոխում են ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին, որտեղ փաստերի ճնշման տակ վերջինը խոստովանում է, որ կողոպուտը կատարել է ինքը։
Ոստիկանները ունեն հիմնավոր կասկածներ, որ նրա հետ է եղել նաև Արմեն Ժ.-ն։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին։
