Քրեական ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ, որ մարզի տարբեր համայնքներում մատուցվում են ատամնատեխնիկական ծառայություններ` առանց համապատասխան թույլտվության և առանց կրթությունը հավաստող փաստաթղթի:

Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ առաջին երկու տեղեկությունն Արմավիրի քրեական ոստիկանները ստուգեցին փետրվարի 13-ին: Մեծամոր համայնքի Նորապատ բնակավայրի 30-ամյա բնակիչը տանը կից շինությունը կահավորել էր որպես ատամնատեխնիկական լաբորատորիա, որտեղ բժիշկներից ընդունում էր մետաղակերամիկական շապիկներ պատրաստելու պատվերներ:

Նույն օրը քրեական ոստիկանները եղան նաև Արմավիրի քաղաքի Լերմոնտովի փողոցում: Պատկերը նույնն էր` կից շինությունը 40-ամյա տանտերը կահավորել էր հատուկ սարքավորումներով:

Հաջորդ երկու տեղեկությունը ստուգելու համար փետրվարի 17-ին քրեական ոստիկանները նախ մեկնեցին Հայկավան գյուղ: Այստեղի 46-ամյա բնակիչը, դարձյալ` առանց պետական հաշվառման կամ գրանցման, տանը կից շինությունը կահավորել էր որպես ատամնատեխնիկական լաբորատորիա:

Հաջորդ ստուգայցը նույն օրն էր` Արմավիր քաղաքի Չարենցի փողոցում: Այստեղ էլ 28-ամյա տղամարդը, առանց որևէ թույլտվության ու գրանցման, ծավալել էր ատամնատեխնիկական գործունեություն:

Չորս դեպքով էլ կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, չորս դեպքով էլ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ` քրեական օրենսգրքի 281-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:
