Փարաքարի նախկին համայնքապետ Դավիթ Մինասյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում դադարեցվեց: Այս մասին հայտնում է նրա փաստաբան Գեղամ Հակոբյանը։
«Այսօր ստացել ենք ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ՀՀ ՀԿԿՄՎՕՆՀ վարչության պետի տեղակալ Կ. Սերոբյանի 19.02.2025թ. որոշումը, որով միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է և Դավիթ Մինասյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված հանրային քրեական հետապնդումը ամբողջ ծավալով դադարեցվել, իսկ կիրառված խափանման միջոցը` վերացվել»,-գրել է նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Դավիթ Մինասյանը կալանավորվել էր ՔԿ-ում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում։ Նույն գործով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ ունի նաև Մերձավան բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավար, ՔՊ-ական Մհեր Ախտոյանը և իրավաբանական բաժնի առաջատար մասնագետներից մեկը։
Ըստ ՔԿ-ի՝ պաշտոնատար անձինք չարաշահել են ծառայողական լիազորությունները, համայնքապատկան գույքն իրենց համար նախընտրելի անձին օտարելու համար ազդել են աճուրդի մյուս մասնակիցների վրա և ապօրինաբար օտարել գույքը։
Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին նա ազատ էր արձակվել. կիրառվել էր գրավ՝ 5 միլիոն դրամի չափով, բացակայելու արգելք եւ վարչական հսկողություն։
