MediaHub-ն ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում դպրոցներում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, երբ երեխաները՝ հազող, փռշտացող ու ջերմող ստիպված դասի են գնում։ Ըստ ահազանգած ծնողների՝ երեխաները հիվանդ դասի են գնում, քանի որ դպրոցներում բացակայությունները խստացրել են, և եթե բացակաների թիվը մեծ է, ապա աշակերտներին վերաքննության են թողնում, և հաջորդ դասարան տեղափոխվելը խնդիր է դառնում:

«Երեխաները հիվանդ են, չեն կարողանում տունը մնալ և նորմալ լավանալ, ամբողջ դասարանում 10-15 աշակերտ հիվանդ են, բայց դասի ենք ուղարկում, քանի որ բացակաները դնում են անգամ բժշկի թուղթ ունենալու պարագայում։ Դասղեկներին խնդրում, աղաչում ենք, բայց անարդյունք, մեկ է, բացակաները դնում են, ասում են՝ «բժշկի թուղթը հաշվի չենք առնում, կապ չունի այդ թուղթը»։ Պարզ է՝ հրահանգ է իջեցված խստացնել բացակաների մասով, բայց չէ որ երեխաները հիվանդ են, և իրենց պետք է մի քանի օր տանը մնալ և լավանալ։ Արդեն չգիտենք՝ ի՞նչ անենք, որերոդ շաբաթն է, երեխաս չի լավանում, ի՞նչ անենք, որ վերաքննության չմնա ու լավանա»,– պատմեց ծնողներից մեկը։

Ավելի վաղ MediaHub-ին Առողջապահության նախարարությունից ասել էին, որ դպրոցները չեն փակվելու։

«Դպրոցները փակելու համար հատուկ կարգավորում է մշակված, որով պետք է տվյալ դասարանի բացակաները՝ ՍՇՎ–ով պայմանավորված բացակաների 25%-ը գերազանցեն, այդ դեպքում այդ դասարանը, այնուհետև դպրոցը կարող են կարգավորվել՝ անցնել հեռավար ուսուցման»,– նշել են նախարարությունից։

Ի՞նչ անի աշակերտը, որը հիվանդացել է և չի կարող գնալ դասի, բայց գլխին կա այդ սպառնալիքը, որ կմնա վերաքննության, քանի որ բժշկի թուղթը՝ հարգելի բացակայության մասով, դպրոցը չի ընդունում․ MediaHub-ը դիմեց ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությանը՝ հասկանալու, թե ի՞նչ պետք է անեն թե՛ աշակերտները, թե՛ նրանց ծնողները։

«Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով իրականացնում է ամենօրյա մշտադիտարկում, որը վկայում է, որ աշակերտների բացակայությունները չեն գերազանցում 10%-ը: Սահմանված չափով բացակայությունները՝ նոր չափորոշիչով դասարաններում, կիսամյակում առավելագույնը 60 ժամ, հին չափորոշիչով՝ տարեկան 200 ժամ, վերաբերում են բոլոր բացակայություններին` անկախ պատճառից, քանի որ սովորողը բաց է թողնում ուսումնական նյութը»,- նշեցին մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան ԿԳՄՍՆ–ից։

Նախարարությունից հավելեցին, որ եթե հիմնավոր պատճառով սովորողը տևական ժամամակ չի կարող հաճախել դպրոց, ծնողի դիմումի համաձայն դպրոցը կարող է կազմակերպել հեռավար ուսուցում։
