Վիտամին D-ի պակասն ազդում է միլիոնավոր կյանքերի վրա և առողջության հետ կապված տարբեր խնդիրների առաջացման պատճառ դառնում։ Ինչպես գրում է Fithacker.ru կայքը, այս 8 հիվանդությունները կապված են այս վիտամինի պակասի հետ։

1. 2-րդ տիպի շաքարային դիաբետ։ 2011թ. անցկացված հետազոտությունը ցույց տվեց, որ այս վիտամինի բացակայությունը վատացնում է նետաբոլիկ սինդրոմի նշաններրը ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեպքում։ Հետազոտողները նաև նկատել են, որ վիտամին D-ի բարձր մակարդակն արևի ճառագայթների հետ միասին նվազեցնում է 2-րդ տիպի շաքարային դիաբետի առաջացման հավանականությունը։

2. Հիպերտոնիա։ Փորձնական բժշկության ամսագիրը հրապարակել է հետազոտություն, որը ցույց է տվել՝ հիպերտոնիայով տառապող մարդկանց վիճակը լավանում է օրգանիզմում վիտամին D-ի մակարդակի բարձրացման դեպքում։

3. Ռևմատիոդ արթրիտ։ Վերջրես Կանադայում անցկացվող հետազոտություններից մեկի ընթացքում գտնվել է «բավական սերտ կապ վիտամին D-ի պակասի և ռևմատոիդ արթրիտի միջև։

4. Ասթմա։ Նոր հետազոտությունները ենթադրում են, որ վիտամին D-ի պակասն ասթմայի տարածվածության հիմնական գործոններից մեկն է։ Հատկապես երեխաների դեպքում այս վիտամինը նվազեցնում է ասթմայի նշանների ինտենսիվությունը, ինչպես նաև հանում է բորբոքումը, որը սահմանափակում է շնչուղիները և շնչառության հետ դժվարություններ առաջացնում։

5. Գրիպ։ Գրիպով հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը հատկապես մեծ է ձմռան շրջանում։ Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ վիտամին D-ն ամրացնում է իմունիտետը, ինչն օգնում է պայքարել գրիպի և նրա նշանների դեմ։

6. Կարիես։ Դեռ 1800-ական թթ. փորձագետները կասկածում են, որ արևի ճառագայթների ազդեցության բացակայությունն առողջության վատացման պատճառներից մեկն է։ Այդ վիտամինի պակասը կապում են նաև ատամների վատ վիճակի հետ։ Մասնավորապես, կարծիքներ կան այն մասին, որ վիտամին D-ի օպտիմալ քանակը կարող է օգնել պահպանել ատամների առողջությունը, իսկ դրա պակասը կարիեսի առաջացման պատճառ է դառնում։

7. Աղիների բորբոքային հիվանդություն։ Հնդկաստանում, Եվրոպայում, ԱՄՆ-ում անցկացված հետազոտությունները կապ են գտել վիտամին D-ի ցածր մակարդակի և աղիների հիվանդության միջև։

8. Քաղցկեղ։ Վիտամին D-ի ցածր մակարդակ ունեցող մարդիկ ավելի խոցելի են քաղցկեղի բոլոր տիպերի նկատմամբ։
