2024 թվականին Հայաստանում Ozon-ի շրջանառությունն աճել է 14 անգամ

Ozon Holdings PLC-ը հրապարակում է ոչ աուդիտային ֆինանսական արդյունքները 2024 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակի և ամբողջ տարվա համար։
2024 թվականին շրջանառությունը (GMV), ներառյալ ծառայությունները, աճել է 64%-ով` հասնելով 12,2 տրիլիոն դրամի։ Համախառն շտկված EBITDA-ն տարվա արդյունքներով դրական է՝ կազմելով ռեկորդային 170,4 մլրդ դրամ։ 2025 թվականի արդյունքներով ընկերությունը սպասում է GMV-ի 30-40% աճ՝ համախառն շտկված EBITDA-ի 297,5-340 մլրդ դրամի շրջանակում։
E-commerce հատվածի եկամուտները 2024 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակում աճել են 60%-ով՝ հասնելով 808 մլրդ դրամի, իսկ ամբողջ տարվա կտրվածքով՝ 36%-ով մինչև 2,3 տրիլիոն դրամ։ Շրջանառությունը, ներառյալ ծառայությունները, 2024 թվականին աճել է 64%-ով և գերազանցել 12,2 տրիլիոն դրամը։ Այդ աճը պայմանավորված է վաճառող ձեռնարկատերերի հաջողություններով. Ozon-ի հարթակում նրանց շրջանառությունը 2024 թվականին աճել է 69%-ով, իսկ շուկայի ընդհանուր շրջանառության մեջ նրանց բաժինը հասել է 85,4%-ի։ Հայաստանում Ozon-ի շրջանառությունը 2024 թվականին ավելի քան 14 անգամ գերազանցել է նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշը։
Շուկայի ակտիվ վաճառողների թիվը հասել է 600 հազարի, որոնցից ավելի քան 80%-ը գտնվում է Ռուսաստանի շրջաններում։ Հայաստանից վաճառողների թիվը գրեթե 2,5 անգամ աճել է։
Հարթակի և լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքի զարգացումների շնորհիվ 2024 թվականին ակտիվ գնորդների թիվը աճել է՝ հասնելով 56,5 միլիոնի (+10,4 մլն գ/գ)։ Հայաստանից գնորդների թիվը 6 անգամ աճել է։ Նրանց հավատարմությունը շարունակում է աճել. յուրաքանչյուր հաճախորդ տարվա ընթացքում Ozon-ում միջինը 26 պատվեր է կատարել։ 2024 թվականին ընկերությունը մատակարարել է 1,471 մլրդ պատվեր՝ 52%-ով ավելի, քան նախորդ տարում։ Հայաստանում գնորդների ակտիվությունը ավելի զգալի աճ է գրանցել՝ 2024 թվականի արդյունքներով Հայաստանում Ozon-ի գնորդները 17,5 անգամ ավելի շատ պատվերներ են կատարել, քան 2023 թվականին։
2024 թվականին Ozon-ն իր պահեստային տարածքներն ավելի քան 1,5 անգամ մեծացրել է։ Ընկերության վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող պահեստային ենթակառուցվածքների ընդհանուր մակերեսը գերազանցել է 3,5 միլիոն քմ-ը։
Ozon-ը 2023 թվականից զարգացնում է լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքը Հայաստանում։ 2024 թվականի արդյունքներով, ընկերությունն արդեն ունի տեսակավորման կենտրոն և ֆուլֆիլմենթ կենտրոն Երևանում, ինչպես նաև ակտիվորեն ընդլայնում է պատվերների հանձնման կետերի ցանցը։
Ozon-ի պատվերների հանձնման կետերի թիվը 2024 թվականի վերջում հասել է 60 հազարի, որոնցից մոտ 25 հազարը գտնվում են 50 հազարից քիչ բնակչությամբ քաղաքներում։
2024 թվականին ամենաարագ աճող ապրանքային կատեգորիան դարձել է հագուստը. այս ոլորտում շրջանառությունը 2024 թվականին աճել է 86%-ով։ Տարվա ընթացքում շուկայի հարթակում հագուստ, կոշիկ և աքսեսուարներ ձեռք բերած գնորդների թիվը հասել է 35,7 միլիոնի։

Ozon-ը բազմակատեգորիա մարքեթփլեյս է՝ զարգացած լոգիստիկ ցանցով: Ընկերությունը գործում է Հայաստանում, Ղազախստանում, Բելառուսում, Ռուսաստանում, Ղրղզստանում, Ուզբեկստանում, Ադրբեջանում, Վրաստանում, ինչպես նաև Չինաստանում և Թուրքիայում։ Հարթակում ներկայացված են ավելի քան 370 միլիոն ապրանքատեսակներ ավելի քան 20 կատեգորիաներում՝ գրքերից և հագուստից մինչև սննդամթերք և առողջապահական ապրանքներ: 56,5 միլիոն ակտիվ գնորդներ արդեն պատվերներ են ստանում Ozon-ի զարգացած լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքի շնորհիվ, որը նաև թույլ է տալիս ավելի քան 600 հազար ձեռնարկատերերի իրենց ապրանքները վաճառել Ռուսաստանում և ԱՊՀ երկրներում։
