«Փաստաբանների դպրոցի նախկին տնօրեն, Վարդան Պետրոսյանի և մի շարք այլ գործերով հայտնի փաստաբան Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործ կա, և մի քանի տարի է ՝ վերջինս քաշքշուկների մեջ է: Մեր տեղեկություններով, տարիներ առաջ վրաերթի գործով տուժող կողմը դիմել է իրավապահներին, որպեսզի Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցեն՝ դատարանում և «Կիսաբաց լուսամուտներ» հաղորդման ժամանակ վրաերթի ենթարկված իրենց թոռան անձնական կյանքի և բժշկական գաղտնիք պարունակող տեղեկություններ հրապարակելու համար: Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերով որոշվել է քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժել, սակայն տուժող կողմն այն բողոքարկել է գլխավոր դատախազին, ով վերացրել է քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժելու մասին որոշումը:
Հարուցվել է նոր քրեական գործ՝ՔՕ 144-րդ (Անձնական կամ ընտանեկան կյանքի մասին տեղեկություններ ապօրինի հավաքելը, պահելը, օգտագործելը կամ տարածելը) և 145-րդ (Բժշկական գաղտնիքը հրապարակելը) հոդվածների հատկանիշներով, հարցաքննվել են կողմերը: Այս գործը ևս կարճվել է, բայց 2015–ի ապրիլին դատախազի կողմից նորից վերացվել է գործը կարճելու մասին որոշումը, և վարույթը վերսկսվել է, փաստաբան Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանն էլ դատախազի՝ քրգործի վարույթը կարճելու որոշումը վերացնելը բողոքարկել է դատարանում: Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ տուժողները հատկապես վիրավորված են փաստաբանի մի արտահայտությունից, երբ 3-ամյա երեխայի մասին խոսելիս նա օգտագործել է «հավի ճուտ» արտահայտությունը»,–գրում է թերթը։
