Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային շրջափակման վերացման հարցում ուժային տարբերակն անընդունելի է. այս հարցի վերաբերյալ Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշումը հայտնի է. այս մասին «Վերելք» տեղեկատվական և վերլուծական կենտրոնի հարցմանն ի պատասխան ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն:
Գերատեսչությունը մեկնաբանել է հնդկական ԶԼՄ-ների հրապարակումն այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը ծրագրում է Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ ռազմական գործողություններ սկսել՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» բացելու համար: Ըստ հնդկական ԶԼՄ-ների՝ այդ մասին ասված է Ուկրաինայի Գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչության գաղտնի փաստաթղթերում:
«Մեր դիրքորոշումը Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային շրջափակման վերացման վերաբերյալ հայտնի է: Մենք հետևողականորեն հանդես ենք գալիս տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական կապերի համապարփակ ապաշրջափակման օգտին՝ 2020-2022 թվականներին Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների միջև ձեռք բերված եռակողմ հայտարարությունների, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետների համանախագահությամբ պրոֆիլային Եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակում ձեռք բերված համապատասխան պայմանավորվածությունների հիման վրա, ներառյալ՝ իրենց տարածքով անցնող երթուղիների նկատմամբ երկրների ինքնիշխանության և իրավասության ամրապնդման հարցը:
Այլ տարբերակներ, այդ թվում՝ ուժային, ընդունելի չեն։ Այս մասին մենք պարբերաբար խոսում ենք ինչպես հրապարակավ, այնպես էլ մեր գործընկերների հետ շփումներում:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հնդկական լրատվամիջոցներին հղումով Ձեր հարցում նշված «ծրագրին», ապա մենք դա համարում ենք Կիևի վարչակարգի կործանարար գործողությունների հերթական դրսևորումը, որը նման կեղծ լուրերի միջոցով փորձում է արհեստականորեն դժվարություններ ստեղծել Ռուսաստանի համար Անդրկովկասում մեր հարևանների հետ հարաբերություններում, միևնույն ժամանակ շեղել օտարերկրյա հանրության ուշադրությունը ռազմաճակատում Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի իրական խնդիրներից», — ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պատասխանում։
