Վրաստանն անօրինական է համարել Աբխազիայի նախագահական ընտրությունները

Վրաստանի պետական նախարարի գրասենյակն անօրինական է համարել Աբխազիայում անցկացված նախագահական ընտրությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել պետնախարարի գրասենյակը՝ նշելով, որ այդ ընտրությունները չեն կարող արտահայտել ժողովրդի կամքը և չունեն իրավական հիմք։
«Օկուպացված Աբխազիայի անօրինական, այսպես կոչված, նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը Վրաստանի ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության հերթական կոպտագույն խախտումն է: Պետնախարարության աշխատակազմը արձագանքում է, այսպես կոչված, ընտրություններին օկուպացված Աբխազիայի տարածաշրջանում։ Նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը հակասում է միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար սկզբունքներին և հանդիսանում է Վրաստանի ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության հերթական կոպտագույն խախտումը նրա միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմաններում։
Շարունակվող օկուպացիայի ֆոնին և այն պայմաններում, երբ աբխազական տարածաշրջանից ներքին տեղահանվածներին և փախստականներին դեռևս հնարավորություն չի տրվում անվտանգ և արժանապատիվ կերպով վերադառնալ իրենց տները, իսկ տեղի բնիկ բնակչության հիմնարար իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները կոպտորեն և համակարգված կերպով ոտնահարվում են, այսպես կոչված ընտրությունները չեն կարող արտահայտել ժողովրդի կամքը և, հետևաբար, չունեն որևէ իրավական հիմք։ Վրաստանի կառավարությունը հաստատակամորեն և հետևողականորեն իրականացնում է խաղաղության հաստատուն քաղաքականություն, որի ռազմավարական ուղղություններից մեկը, ապաօկուպացիայի հետ մեկտեղ, Աբխազիայի և Ցխինվալի տարածաշրջաններում հաշտեցման և ներգրավվածության գործընթացի իրականացումն ու հետագա ակտիվացումն է, որի նպատակն է բարելավել հասարակական-տնտեսական համագործակցությունը, որը հիմնված է հակամարտությունների կարգավորման և բնակչության միջև վստահության վերականգնման վրա»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Բադրա Գունբան ընտրվել է Աբխազիայի նախագահ: 43-ամյա Գունբան 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերից մինչև 2025 թվականի հունվարը նախագահի պաշտոնակատար էր, իսկ մինչ այդ՝ փոխնախագահ:
Նրա մրցակիցն ընդդիմության առաջնորդ Ադգուր Արձինբան էր, որը 2015-ից 2020 թվականներին եղել է փոխվարչապետ և էկոնոմիկայի նախարար:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Աբխազիայում նախագահական ընտրությունների առաջին փուլում ռուսամետ թեկնածու համարվող Գունբայի հաղթանկից հետո լրատվամիջոցներում տեղեկություն էր տարածվել, որ նրա մրցակցի՝ թուրքամետ թեկնածու համարվող Արձինբայի շտաբի ներկայացուցիչները սկսել են սպառնալ տեղի հայ համայնքին, որի ներկայացուցիչներն ընտրել են Գունբային:
