ՌԴ ԱԳՆ տեղեկատվության և մամուլի վարչությունը, ի պատասխան «Վերելք» տեղեկատվական-վերլուծական կենտրոնի հարցման, մեկնաբանել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի և ԼՂՀ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության այլ ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ, այսպես կոչված, «դատավարությունը»։

«Բաքվում մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումներով ընթանում է Արցախի նախկին ղեկավարության դատավարությունը։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը որոշել է հացադուլ հայտարարել՝ ի նշան բողոքի դատական ​​ֆարսի դեմ՝ ի պատասխան միջազգային և ադրբեջանական դատավարական իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտումների։ Ես հասկանում եմ, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը և Արցախի նախկին ղեկավարները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիներ չեն։ Բայց հաշվի առնելով հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում Ռուսաստանի երկարամյա միջնորդությունը, ռուսաստանցի խաղաղապահների համագործակցությունը Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ, կարո՞ղ է, արդյոք, Մոսկվան օգնել ազատել այս մարդկանց, որոնց տարրական իրավունքներն այժմ կոպտորեն խախտվում են, իսկ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից նրանց առաջադրված մեղադրանքներն անուղղակիորեն դիպչում են նաև Ռուսաստանին»,- հարցրել է լրատվամիջոցի թղթակիցը։

«Նախորդ ճեպազրույցներում մենք մեկնաբանել ենք այս թեման։ Ինչպես ճիշտ նկատեցիք, նշված անձինք Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներ չեն։

Վստահ ենք, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական երկկողմ բանակցությունների օրակարգում հումանիտար հարցերի ընդգրկումը կնպաստի Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև վստահության մթնոլորտի ձևավորմանը։

Մեր հերթին, հաստատում ենք մեր հավատարմությունը Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ պայմանավորվածություններին, այդ թվում այնպիսի հարցերի լուծման անհրաժեշտությանը, ինչպիսիք են փախստականների իրավունքների հարգումը, մշակութային, պատմական և կրոնական ժառանգության պահպանումը, մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում անհայտ կորածների որոնումը և կալանավորների փոխանակումը: Մենք պատրաստ ենք մեր ադրբեջանցի և հայ գործընկերներին տրամադրել նրանց անհրաժեշտ օգնությունը»,- ասված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ տեղեկատվության և մամուլի բաժնի պատասխանում։
