Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ 2024թ․ սեպտեմբերի 20-ից ակնհայտ ապօրինի կալանքի տակ գտնվող գործարար Կարեն Հակոբյանի և այլ անձանց մասով անջատված քրեական վարույթով հաjտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտ։ Պաշտպանական կողմին հանձնվել են վարույթի բոլոր նյութերը, որոնց ուսումնասիրությունից վերջնական կերպով պարզ դարձավ, որ Կարեն Հակոբյանի շուրջ հինգ ամիս տևած կալանքի ընթացքում քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնող մարմնին այդպես էլ չի հաջողվել ձեռք բերել Կարեն Հակոբյանին մեղսագրվող արարքը հիմնավորող գեթ մեկ ուղղակի կամ գոնե անուղղակի ապացույց։
Ցանկանում ենք բացահայտել, որ շուրջ 150 օր կալանավորված գործարարի հետ նույնիսկ մեկ առերեսում տեղի չի ունեցել, սակայն բոլոր Դատավորները և քննիչները պնդում էին իբր վկաների վրա ազդելու ռիսկի մասին:
Մեր գնահատմամբ, նման պայմաններում գործը դատարան ուղարկելու նպատակով նախաքննության ավարտ հայտարարելը փակուղում հատնված քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնող մարմնի համար Կարեն Հակոբյանին հինգ ամսից ավել ապօրինի կալանքի տակ պահելուց հետո այդ փակուղուց դուրս գալու, թերևս, միակ «թույլատրելի» ճանապարհն էր։ Նշվածը հանգեցրել է գործարարի թե՛ անձնական ազատության և թե՛ մեղադրանքից պաշտպանվելու իրավունքների ակնհայտ և կոպտագույն խախտումների։
Հրապարակային դատական վարույթի շրջանակներում ի ցույց է դրվելու հանիրավի մեղադրվող և նման տևական ժամանակ ապօրինի կալանավորված գործարար Կարեն Հակոբյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքի ու իրականացված «քննության» ողջ աբսուրդայնությունը և քրեական դատավարությունից դուրս լինելը։
Գործարար Կարեն Հակոբյանի կալանքի հարցը քննարկվելու է նախնական դատալսումներին, որոնցով դատական նիստ նշանակելու մասին հանդես կգանք լրացուցիչ հաղորդագրությամբ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ գործարար, նախկինում երբևէ չդատապարտված Կարեն Հակոբյանը մեղադրվում է իբր առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով փողերի լվացման և կազմակերպության շահերին հակառակ գործելու մեջ, սակայն մեղադրանքի հիմքում որևէ ապացույց առկա չէ և հիմնված է բացառապես ենթադրությունների վրա։
