Մարդկային ու ռազմական ներքին ռեսուրսը մոբիլիզացնելու և ճիշտ կառավարելու ժամանակներ ենք ապրում

Զելենսկի-Թրամփ անհաջող բանավեճից անմիջապես հետո, ՌԴ և Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարներ Սերգեյ Լավրովն ու Հաքան Ֆիդանը խոսել են միմյանց հետ։ Զրույցի ընթացքում Լավրովը բողոքել է ուկրաինացիներից և տեղեկացրել, որ փետրվարի 27-ի լույս 28-ի գիշերն Ուկրաինան փորձել է երեք անօդաչու թռչող սարքով հարվածել «Թուրքական հոսք» գազատարի «Ռուսական» կոմպրեսորային կայանին։
«Սերգեյ Լավրովի ու Հաքան Ֆիդանի այս խոսակցությունից հետո, Էրդողանի փոքր եղբոր՝ Ալիևի տեղեկատվական մեքենան ակտիվացել է և առաջ քաշել մի քանի թեզեր»,- MediaHub-ին ասում է քաղաքական գործիչ Արամայիս Աղաբեկյանը, ապա առանձնացնում դրանցից մի քանիսը:
«Ամեն ինչի մեղավորը Եվրոպան է, նա Ուկրաինան օգտագործում է որպես պլացդարմ՝ Ռուսաստանին հարվածելու համար։ Նույնը առաջարկել են մեզ, բայց մենք չենք համաձայնվել, ուրիշի գործիք դառնալու հավես չկար։ Ես այստեղ Իրանի դեմ գործելու ակնարկ եմ տեսնում։ Զելենսկին այժմ մի ընտրություն ունի՝ դժոխային ավարտ կամ դժոխք առանց ավարտի։ Եվրաինտեգրումը և ՆԱՏՕ մտնելու հույսերը խայծ են ու խաբեություն, որը կուլ տալու դեպքում երկիրը գնում է կործանման։ Այնպես որ, Զելենսկին մնացել է իր ժողովրդի և եվրոպական աշխարհի մի մասի օգնության հույսին, իսկ ռուսներն ու թուրքերը այս անգամ էլ, ոնց որ, կարճաժամկետ ինչ-որ բան պայմանավորվեցին»,- նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը։
Ըստ Աղաբեկյանի՝ ԱՄՆ և Ուկրաինայի նախագահների հանդիպումը ցույց տվեց, որ ամերիկյան կողմը նախկին ակտիվ քաղաքականությունից եթե չասենք հրաժարվում է, ապա մասնակի այլ տարբերակ և ազդեցության այլ լծակներ է ընտրում։
«Նույն Հարավային Կովկասում, եթե Բայդենի վարչակարգը ռազմաստրատեգիական պայմանագիր է ստորագրել Հայաստանի հետ և որոշակի սպասելիքներ կային, որ ամերիկյան կողմն ավելի ակտիվ քաղաքականություն կիրականացնի մեր տարածաշրջանում, կարծում եմ, մենք ականատեսը կլինենք, որ առնվազն Թրամփի ղեկավարման շրջանում այդպիսի ակտիվ քաղաքականություն չի լինի»,- համոզված է մեր զրուցակիցը։
Հանձինս Իրանի և Թուրքիայի հանրապետությունների՝ տարածաշրջանային դերակատարներն ավելի կակտիվանան, ռուսական ազդեցությունն ու եվրոպական ակտիվությունը նույնպես նկատելի կլինեն։ «Հայաստանը ներկա իրողությունների մեջ պետք է հասկանա, որ հույսն առաջին հերթին պետք է դնի իր վրա»,- ասում է մեր զրուցակիցը։
«Դաշնակիցների հետ կարելի է ինչ որ բաներ պայմանավորվել, հզոր խաղացողների հետ կարելի է համադրել որոշակի շահեր, բայց, միաժամանակ պետք է հասկանալ ու գիտակցել, որ մարդկային ու ռազմական ներքին ռեսուրսը մոբիլիզացնելու և ճիշտ կառավարելու ժամանակներ ենք ապրում։ Թուրքական գործոնի ազդեցությամբ ադրբեջանցիները իրենց ողջ քաղաքական վեկտորով պայմանավորված են միմյանց հետ, այս անգամ նաև ռուսական կողմի հետ ունեն պայմանավորվածություններ։ Սա մեզ համար ո՛չ լավ է, ո՛չ վատ։ Առաջնահերթ մեր քաղաքական գործընթացները կախված կլինեն նրանից, թե ինչի՞ ենք ընդունակ մենք, եթե Ադրբեջանը ռազմական ճանապարհով փորձի հարց լուծել։ Պետք է ուժեղ լինես ու դիմադրողականությունդ բարձր լինի, որ հակառակորդը ստիպված լինի քո հետ ունեցած հարցերն այլ ճանապարհով կարգավորել»,- եզրափակեց Աղաբեկյանը։
