ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել

ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը գրում է․
«Ճիշտն ասած, մտածում էի՝ ինչպես խոսել այս խնդրից, որ թացը չորին չխառնվի։ Սակայն խնդիրն ավելի կարևոր եմ համարում, քան հնարավոր չհասկացվածությունը, որ միշտ պատրաստ եմ պարզաբանել։ Ուստի ուղիղ ասեմ․ բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր եմ ստանում ծնողներից, որոնց այլ ծնողներ ստիպում են դրամահավաքի մասնակցել տարբեր առիթներով՝ մարտի ութից մինչև վերջին զանգ։ Երբ առաջարկում եմ դպրոց նշել կամ որևէ փաստական տվյալ տալ, սովորաբար հրաժարվում են, որպեսզի իրենց երեխաները հետո խնդիր չունենան, որ իրենց ծնողը բողոքել է, ամոթ է։
Հարգելի ծնողներ, ամոթը դպրոցական առօրյան առուծախի վերածելն է։ Այս քաղքենի միջավայրը, որում արժեքների փոխարեն անհարկի ու անպետք ճոխություն է, միայն փչացնում է մեր և ձեր երեխաներին։
Երեխաների օրը լավ կանցնի միայն այն պատճառով, որ միասին են, իրենց ընկերների հետ, իրենց հույզերի ու օրը լցնող զգացողությունների միջավայրում։ Դրա համար ամենևին պետք չէ, որ մի խցիկը դրոնով վերևից նկարի, մեկական խցիկ՝ ամեն անկյունից։ Ճոխությունը էմոցիա չի ավելացնում, ցուցադրականությունը անկեղծության հետ պետք չի շփոթել։
Ձեր երեխաների կողքին եղեք այն ժամանակ, երբ դրա կարիքը կա։ Բազմաթիվ են դեպքերը, երբ երեխան խնդիր ունի ու դպրոցը չի էլ կարողանում ծնողին ներգրավել․ անտարբերությունը ու սեփական երեխաների խնդիրներով զբաղվելու անհավեսությունը չի կարող փոխարինվել տոնական օրերի արտաքին փայլով։
Դե իսկ եթե որևէ դրամահավաք խրախուսվում կամ հրահրվում է հաստատության կողմից, խնդրում եմ անմիջապես գրել ինձ՝ նշելով դպրոցի համարը»։
