Դատավորի կնոջը մեծ գումարներ են նվիրել

Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը հրապարակել է հունվարի 8-ին Երեւան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր նշանակված Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանի՝ պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը:
Դատավորի անշարժ գույքի վերաբերյալ ոչ մի տվյալ հայտարարագրում չկա, իսկ որպես շարժական գույք է հայտարարագրված Mercedec Benz մակնիշի մեկ ավտոմեքենա: Նրա դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ կազմում են 6,5 միլիոն դրամ եւ 13,700 դոլար: Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նրա դրամական միջոցները մի փոքր ավելացել են՝ 2015թ. դրանք կազմել են մոտ 5 միլիոն դրամ եւ 13,500 դոլար: 2015թ. հարկային տարում նրա եկամուտները գոյացել են աշխատավարձից՝ կազմելով 5 միլիոն 275 հազար դրամ: 2014թ. հայտարարագրում տեսնում ենք, որ Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանը որպես նվիրատվություն կամ դրամական օգնություն 3700 դոլար է ստացել եւ բացի մոտ 1,5 միլիոն դրամ աշխատավարձից՝ եւս կես միլիոն դրամի չափով էլ այլ եկամուտ է ունեցել:
Նրա կինը՝ Ալինա Մկրտչյանը, 2015թ. հայտարարագրել է 1 միլիոն դրամ, 8300 դոլար եւ 91 հազար ռուբլի, որից 500 դոլարն ու 75 հազար ռուբլին ստացել է որպես նվիրատվություն: Իսկ դրանից մեկ տարի առաջ էլ՝ 2014թ., նա նույնպես նվիրատվություն է ստացել՝ 2000 դոլարի եւ 40 հազար ռուբլու տեսքով:
