ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի և Ուկրաինայի Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու միջև Մինսկում հանդիպման հնարավորությունը դեռ չի քննարկվել, սակայն Մոսկվայի համար Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաքը կլինի բանակցությունների լավագույն վայրը։ Այս դիրքորոշումը լրագրողներին հայտնել է ՌԴ պետության ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Այդ հարցը ոչ մի կերպ չի բարձրաձայնվել և չի քննարկվել, բայց, իհարկե, Մինսկը մեր գլխավոր դաշնակիցն է: Հետևաբար, դա մեզ համար լավագույն տեղն է բանակցելու համար», - ասել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչն ի պատասխան այն հարցին, թեհնարավո՞ր է արդյոք Մինսկում բանակցություններ վարել։
Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն այսօր հայտարարել է, որ Մինսկը պատրաստ է բանակցություններ կազմակերպել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի, ԱՄՆ Դոնալդ Թրամփի և Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու միջև։
«Եկեք, կնստենք այստեղ, հանգիստ, առանց աղմուկի, առանց բղավելու, կպայմանավորվեենք։ Ուստի, փոխանցեք Թրամփին. ես այստեղ Պուտինի և Զելենսկու հետ սպասում եմ նրան, մենք կնստենք և հանգիստ համաձայնության կգանք։ Եթե ցանկանում եք համաձայնության գալ»,- նշել է Լուկաշենկոն։
Միաժամանակ նա հրաժարվել է միջնորդի դերից Մոսկվայի և Վաշինգտոնի միջև բանակցություններում։ Բելառուսի նախագահի խոսքով՝ ինքը «ատում է» միջնորդությունը, քանի որ դա նշանակում է երկու կողմերի միջև դիրքորոշում ընդունել՝ առանց գործընթացի վրա ազդելու իրական հնարավորության։
