ՀՅԴ-ն չի մասնակցի Գյումրիի ընտրություններին

ՀՅԴ Գյումրիի քաղաքային կոմիտեի հայտարարությունը Գյումրիի ավագանու ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ.
«Սիրելի՛ գյումրեցիներ,
մարտի 30-ին Գյումրիում կայանալիք ավագանու ընտրություններն անցկացվում են Հայաստանում շարունակվող քաղաքական ճգնաժամի և առկա մարտահրավերների պայմաններում։ Այս ընտրությունները կարևոր են ոչ միայն Գյումրիի կառավարման տեսանկյունից, այլև, որպես պայքարի ևս մեկ հարթակ, իշխանության վերարտադրությունը կանխելու և ազգային շահերը պաշտպանելու համար։
Այս պայմաններում ՀՅԴ-ն ի սկզբանե կարևորել է Գյումրիում միասնական ընդդիմադիր ցանկով հանդես գալու անհրաժեշտությունը։ Նախընթաց շրջանում այս ձևաչափը կյանքի կոչել չհաջողվեց, ուստի, Գյումրիի ՀՅԴ կոմիտեն նպատակահարմար չի համարում առաջիկա ավագանու ընտրություններին իր առանձին համամասնական ցանկի առաջադրումը։
ՀՅԴ-ն վստահ է, որ այս ընտրություններում ընդդիմադիր ուժերի գլխավոր նպատակը պետք է լինի ՔՊ-ին զրկել Գյումրիի կառավարումը զավթելու հնարավորությունից։
Ըստ այդմ, մենք կոչ ենք անում բոլոր ընդդիմադիր ուժերին.
• հրապարակային և հստակ հայտարարությամբ բացառել ընտրություններից հետո իշխող ուժի թեկնածուի հետ համագործակցությունը,
• պատրաստակամություն հայտնել հետընտրական շրջանում համագործակցելու և աջակցելու այն թիմին, որը կստանա ընդդիմադիր ընտրազանգվածի առավելագույն վստահությունը։
Կոչ ենք անում մեր ընկերներին և համակիրներին իրենց քվեն տալ բացառապես այն ուժերին, որոնք հրապարակային ընդունում են այս սկզբունքները։
ՀՅԴ-ն ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում իր ներկայացուցիչների միջոցով վերահսկելու է ընտրությունների ընթացքը՝ արդար և թափանցիկ գործընթաց ապահովելու նպատակով։
