ՀՀ-ի և ԱԶԲ-ի վարկային համաձայնագրով շուրջ 20 հազար աշակերտի համար անվտանգ կրթական պայմաններ կապահովվեն

Գործադիրը հավանություն է տվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև «Վարկ թիվ 3284-ARM(COL). Սեյսմիկ անվտանգության բարելավման ծրագիր-արդյունքների վրա հիմնված փոխատվություն․ փոփոխություններ վարկային համաձայնագրում» նամակ-համաձայնագրի նախագծի ստորագրման առաջարկությանը: Ծրագրի հիմնական և առանցքային ցուցանիշն է առնվազն 46 դպրոցների կառուցումը կամ ամրացումը և շուրջ 20000 աշակերտի անվտանգ կրթական պայմանների ապահովումը:
Մինչ այժմ ավարտվել են 18 դպրոցների կառուցման աշխատանքները։ Ներկայումս ընթանում են 21 դպրոցների շինարարական աշխատանքներ։ 7 դպրոցներ գտնվում են նախագծային (ավարտական) աշխատանքների և շինարարության իրականացման համար գնումների կազմակերպման փուլում։ Համաձայն վարկային համաձայնագրի՝ ծրագրի շրջանակում ընդգրկված բոլոր դպրոցները պետք է անցնեն միջազգային փորձաքննություն և ստանան վկայական 9 բալ երկրաշարժի դիմացկունության վերաբերյալ։ Մինչ այժմ շահագործման հանձնած դպրոցներում անվտանգ կրթական պայմաններ են ստեղծվել շուրջ 11,200 աշակերտի համար։ Մշակվել են նաև տվյալ դպրոցների աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման և տարհանման պլանները։ Ծրագիրն իրականացնելու նպատակով ՀՀ-ին 2 անգամ հատկացվել են վարկային միջոցներ։ Ծրագրի արդյունքահենության համատեքստում յուրաքանչյուր վարկի համար նախատեսված է որոշակի արդյունք, որի կատարման պարագայում հատկացվում են տվյալ արդյունքի համար նախատեսված ֆինանսական միջոցները։
