Մոսկվայում կկայանա Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի առաջին ցուցահանդեսը

Ապրիլի 12-13-ին Մոսկվայի Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow հյուրանոցում առաջին անգամ տեղի կունենա Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի միջազգային ցուցահանդեսն ու համաժողովը։
Այս միջոցառումը բացառիկ հնարավորություն է ինչպես հայ, այնպես էլ օտարերկրյա ներդրողների համար՝ մեկ վայրում ծանոթանալու Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի շուկայի լավագույն պրեմիում և լյուքս դասի նորակառույցներին, տարբեր ոլորտների ներդրումային ծրագրերին և հիպոթեքային վարկավորման նոր հնարավորություններին, որի միջոցով հնարավորություն կընձեռնվի նաև Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներին հիփոթեքով անշարժ գույք ձեռք բերել Հայաստանում։
Business Partners of Armenia ընկերության նախագահ և միջոցառման նախաձեռնող Վրույր Փենեսյանի խոսքով՝ միջոցառման կարևոր նպատակներից է Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի ճանաչելիության բարձրացումը միջազգային շուկայում և այս նախաձեռնությունն ուղղված է ոչ միայն անմիջական վաճառքների խթանմանը, այլև Հայաստանը որպես գրավիչ ներդրումային և բնակության ուղղություն ներկայացնելուն։
Բացի հայ և ռուս գնորդների գործարքներից, միջոցառումը հնարավորություն կընձեռի Ռուսաստանի խոշորագույն անշարժ գույքի գործակալությունների հետ երկարաժամկետ համագործակցություն հաստատելու համար։
Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանը կներկայացնի նաև աշխարհահռչակ բրենդների նորակառույցներ, ինչպիսին են Kempinski, Pullman, Mövenpick, Milano Firenze Towers, Novotel բնակելի համալիրները։ Միջոցառմանը կմասնակցեն Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի առաջատար կառուցապատողներն ու անշարժ գույքի ոլորտի մասնագետները։ Կներկայացվեն այնպիսի շենքեր, ինչպիսին են Amanoo-ն, Skyline, Ayvazovski, Ember, Firdus 33, հին Երևան, HEVN, Dalan technopak,InTown և մի շարք այլ պրոեկտներ։
Կառուցապատողները կառաջարկեն փոքր կանխավճարով և առանց հավելյալ տոկոսների ապառիկ վաճառքի տարբերակներ։
