ԱՄՆ առևտրի նախարարն ափսոսում է Հնդկաստանի՝ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին անդամակցության համար և կոչ արել դադարեցնել ՌԴ-ից զենքի գնումը

ԱՄՆ առևտրի նախարար Հովարդ Լութնիկն ուրբաթ հայտարարել է, որ Հնդկաստանի կողմից Ռուսաստանից զենքի գնումները և նրա մասնակցությունը ԲՐԻԿՍ (Բրազիլիա, Ռուսաստան, Հնդկաստան, Չինաստան և Հարավային Աֆրիկա) դաշինքին, որը ձգտում է «փոխարինել» ԱՄՆ դոլարը, խոչընդոտներ են հնդկա-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների համար։
«Նրանք (ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը) փորձում էին ստեղծել արժույթ, որը կփոխարինի դոլարին որպես աշխարհի գլոբալ տնտեսական արժույթ: Գիտեք, նման բաները չեն ստեղծում այն սերն ու ջերմությունը, որը մենք իսկապես խորապես զգում ենք Հնդկաստանի հանդեպ»,- ասել է Լութնիկը India Today-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
ԱՄՆ առևտրի նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմը ցանկանում է, որ առևտուրը երկու երկրների միջև «առավել արդար» լինի և «կցանկանար ստեղծել անհավանական, ամուր և գործուն հարաբերություններ»:
Ըստ Լութնիկի՝ այս «հատուկ բաները» լուրջ խոչընդոտ են:
Նա միաժամանակ Հնդկաստանին անվանել է ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի գլխավոր խաղացող:
ԱՄՆ նախարարը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Հնդկաստանի պատմական պաշտպանական կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ պետք է դադարեցվեն։
«Դուք գիտեք, որ Հնդկաստանը պատմականորեն զգալի քանակությամբ ռազմական ապրանքներ է գնել Ռուսաստանից, և մենք կարծում ենք, որ դա պետք է դադարեցվի», - ասաց նա:
Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև շարունակվող պատերազմի պայմաններում Հնդկաստանը բազմիցս մերժել է Վաշինգտոնի և Մոսկվայի միջև ընտրության վերաբերյալ քննարկումները, ընդ որում արտգործնախարար Ջայշանքարը շեշտում է իր կառավարության բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականությունը:
Համաշխարհային ֆորումներում Ջայշանքարը կրկին ու կրկին պաշտպանել է ռուսական էներգիա գնելու Հնդկաստանի որոշումը՝ չնայած ԱՄՆ գլխավորած արևմտյան ուժերի կողմից սահմանված պատժամիջոցներին:
