ՀՀԿ-ն վճռական է ընտրական գործընթացն ավելի թափանցիկ ու ժողովրդավարական դարձնելու հարցում

Ազգային ժողովի գարնանային նստաշրջանը մտավ իր իրավունքների մեջ եւ,նկատի ունենալով, որ 2016 թվականը նախորդելու է ընտրական 2017-ին, բնականաբար, այս դահլիճում զգացմունքային եւ ականջահաճո հայտարարությունների պակաս չի լինի: Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարությունների ժամին այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Սա բնական է, քանի որ դա քաղաքական կյանքի անբաժանելի մասն է: Այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է նշեմ, որ իշխանությունը՝ ի եմս Հանրապետականի, չի կարող իրեն թույլ տալ նման շռայլություն: Մենք պետք է նախ եւ առաջ գործենք, ժողովրդի մատից փուշ հանենք եւ դիմակայենք բազում ներքին եւ արտաքին մարտահրավերների»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Շարմազանովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներից հետո մենք ապրում ենք այլեւս նոր իրողության պայմաններում, եւ պետք է արվեն քայլեր, որոնք կբխեն բարեփոխումներից: «Նախ եւ առաջ, պետք է ընդունվի նոր ընտրական օրենսգիրք: Հանրապետականը վճռական է էլ ավելի թափանցիկ ու ժողովրդավարական դարձնել ընտրական ողջ գործընթացը՝ գրեթե զրոյի հասցնելով շեղումների եւ կրկնաքվեարկության գործնական հավանականությունը եւ կոչ է անում բոլոր կառուցողական ուժերին ակտիվ մասնակցել այդ հարցի քննարկմանը: Նման բարեփոխված ընտրական օրենսգրքի պայմաններում մենք հնաավորություն կունենանք անշեղորեն ընթանալ ժողովրդավարացման ճանապարհով, որի այլընտրանքը մեր երկրում չկա եւ չի կարող լինել,- եզրափակեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
