Ողբերգական ավտովթար-հրդեհ՝ Ապարանում․ կա 1 զոհ, 5 վիրավոր

Երեկ՝ մարտի 8-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար-հրդեհ է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 22։50-ի սահմաններում Մարգարա-Վանաձոր-Տաշիր ավտոճանապարհի 67 կմ հատվածում, Ապարանի վարչական տարածքում բախվել են Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 47-ամյա Սլավիկ Ա․-ի վարած «ԶԻԼ 130» մակնիշի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Վաչագան Հ․-ի վարած «Mercedes Vito» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով «Mercedes Vito»-ում հրդեհ է բռնկվել։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Ապարանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ՝ ջոկատի հրամանատար Ավդալյանի և հրամանատարի տեղակալ Գևորգյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Մինչ հրշեջների ժամանումը քաղաքացիները «Mercedes Vito»-ի միջից դուրս են բերել վիրավորներին և մոտեցրել օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Ապարան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային։
Հրշեջ-փրկարարները մարել են «Mercedes Vito»-ում առաջացած հրդեհը և ավտոմեքենայում հայտնաբերել են մոխրացած դի։
Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Ապարանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ռաֆայել Պողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները, սակայն չգիտես ինչու դեպքի վայր չժամանեց գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանը, մինչ դեռ ՀՀ ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ, ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը ու ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության պետ, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանապետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանը խիստ հանձնարարականներ են տվել, որ մահվան ելքով ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների ժամանակ գումարտակների հրամանատարները պարտադիր լինեն դեպքի վայրում, մինչ դեռ գումարտակի հրամանատար Ա․ Սահակյանը հերթական մահվան դեպքով վթարի ժամանակ այդպես էլ չբարեհաճեց գալ դեպքի վայր, գուցե նրա համար կարևոր չէ իր վերադասների տված հանձնարարականը։
Երթևեկությունը նշված հատվածում ժամանակավորապես դադերցվել է։
Վթարի մասին ոստիկանության Ապարանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ապարանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Վթարի փաստով Ապարանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Մինչ դեպքի վայրի զննություն էր կատարում քննիչը, ոստիկանության Ապարանի բաժնի ծառայողները, պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել «Mercedes Vito»-ի վարորդը, ուղևորներ, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 23-ամյա Աշոտ Ի․-ն, 18-ամյա Էլիզբար Ա․-ն և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Հովսեփ Թ․-ն, իսկ ավտոմեքենայի մեջ մոխրացածը՝ ՌԴ քաղաքացի 67-ամյա Սարգիս Ս․-ն է։
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվում են ոստիկանության Ապարանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև Ապարանի քաղաքապետ Կարեն Եղիազարյանը և ճանապարհն սպասարկող ճանշինականները, ովքեր քննիչի կողմից դեպքի վայրի զննություն կատարելուց հետո մաքրեցին ճանապարհը, որը եղել է անցանելի և մեկասառույց չի եղել։
