Բաքվում պահվող Դավիթ Իշխանյանը մնում է ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի անդամ. միանձնյա որոշում է. Արմեն Ռուստամյան

Դավիթ Իշխանյանի հետ կապված ընդհանուր ժողովն առանձին որոշում է կայացրել, որ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը պահպանում է իր անդամության կարգավիճակը Բյուրոյի մեջ։ Այս մասին ՀՅԴ նորընտիր Բյուրոյի կազմի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի անդամ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Արմեն Ռուստամյանը:
«Պարզաբանենք Դավիթ Իշխանյանի պարագան, գիտեք, մեր ընկերը բանտարկված է, Բաքվի բանտում է, ունենք նաև լուրեր, որ առողջական խնդիրներ ունի: Դավիթ Իշխանյանի հետ կապված ընդհանուր ժողովն առանձին որոշում է կայացրել, որ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը պահպանում է իր անդամության կարգավիճակը Բյուրոյի մեջ»,- ասաց նա:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀՅԴ-ն վճռական որոշումների ընթացքի մեջ է՝ կապված մեր ռազմագերիների ազատման խնդրի հետ: «Դա մեր գլխավոր հարցերից մեկն է լինելու և մեր Հայ դատի գրասենյակը, մեր բոլոր կառույցները ամեն ինչ անելու են, որ օր առաջ մեր ռազմագերիները վերադարձվեն: Այս առումով ունենք իրավական, քաղաքական աշխատանքի բաժանում մեր մեջ, որ մեր բոլոր կառույցները՝ լինի Հայաստանում թե Սփյուռքում, պետք է սա առաջնահերթ խնդիր դիտեն»,- շեշտեց պատգամավորը:
Նա նշեց, որ երբ Դավիթ Իշխանյանն ազատության մեջ լինի ու վերադառնա, նա պետք է համալրի Բյուրոյի կազմը։ «Սա միաձայնությամբ է որոշվել, մինչև անգամ նոր բյուրոյի ընտրության հարցի օրակարգ մտնելը: Դավիթ Իշխանյանը պահպանում է բյուրոյի անդամի իր կարգավիճակը։ Արցախի կառույցը նույնպես մենք պահպանում ենք: Գիտեք՝ Արցախը կենտրոնական կոմիտե էր, և այս ամեն ինչից հետո մեր կառույցի հիմնական մասը, բնականաբար, գրեթե ամբողջությամբ տեղափոխվել է Հայաստան»,- ասաց նա:
Ռուստամյանն ընդգծեց, որ այսկերպ իրենք կարևորում են իրենց հանձնառությունը՝ արցախահայության հավաքական վերադարձի իրավունքը հետապնդելու առումով:
«Պահպանելով Արցախի մեր կառույցը՝ նաև նպատակ ունենք ամեն ինչ անել, որ Արցախի սուբյեկտայնությունը պահպանվի Հայաստանում: Այն ղեկավարությունը, որ Արցախի ժողովուրդն իր ազատ կամքով ձևավորել է, այդ ղեկավարությունն այսօր վտարանդի կարգավիճակում է, բայց այդ ղեկավարությունը և այն ինստիտուտները, որոնք Արցախն ունեցել է, որպես անկախ պետություն, այդ ինստիտուտները պահպանելու խնդիր ունի»,- ասաց նա:
