«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

golosepohi.ru–ն «Հայաստանը ճամփաբաժանում՝ ԵԱՏՄ, թե ԵՄ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը «24 News» հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում կարևոր հայտարարություն է արել այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ընտրություն կատարի ԵԱՏՄ–ի և ԵՄ–ի միջև։ Նման հայտարարության անմիջական պատճառը Արևմուտքի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերություններում աճող լարվածությունն է՝ հաշվի առնելով վերջին իրադարձությունները։ Հայաստանը, որն ավանդաբար Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցն է, գտնվում է ինչպես ներքին, այնպես էլ արտաքին քաղաքականության ազդեցության տակ: Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտության և ընդհանուր տնտեսական անկայունության ֆոնին նրա համար չափազանց կարևոր է որոշել իր ինտեգրացիոն առաջնահերթությունները: ԵԱՏՄ-ն առաջարկում է ավելի սերտ տնտեսական համագործակցություն Ռուսաստանի և հետխորհրդային այլ երկրների հետ, մինչդեռ ԵՄ-ն կարող է Հայաստանին ապահովել մուտք դեպի եվրոպական շուկաներ և զարգացման միջոցներ:

Այնուամենայնիվ, երկու տնտեսական բլոկների միջև ընտրությունը հեշտ չէ: Հայաստանը կարող է շարունակել խորացնել իր կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ, ինչը նրան լրացուցիչ անվտանգություն կապահովի, բայց դա կարող է հանգեցնել Արևմուտքի կողմից մեկուսացման և տնտեսական զարգացման կորուստների։ Մյուս կողմից՝ ԵՄ-ին մերձենալը կնշանակի ոչ միայն տնտեսական օգուտներ, այլ նաև այնպիսի պարտավորություններ, ինչպիսիք են բարեփոխումները և բարձր չափանիշներին հարմարվելը, որոնք կարող են դժվար լինել նման անկայունության պայմաններում:

Միջազգային հարթակում Հայաստանի ընտրությունը տեղավորվում է գլոբալ աշխարհաքաղաքականության ավելի լայն պատկերի մեջ, որտեղ Ռուսաստանն ու Արևմուտքը ակտիվորեն մրցում են ազդեցության համար:

Ռուսաստանի համար Հայաստանը հնարավորություն է՝ պահպանել իր ռազմավարական դիրքերը Անդրկովկասում։ Մինչդեռ ԵՄ–ի համար Հայաստանը հետաքրքրություն է ներկայացնում որպես ողջ տարածաշրջանում ազդեցության ընդլայնման ցատկահարթակ, հատկապես Ուկրաինայի և Մերձավոր Արևելքի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների ֆոնին: Ռուսաստանի դեսպանի այս հայտարարությունը ոչ միայն հիշեցում է ծառացած ներկայիս մարտահրավերների մասին, այլ նաև ազդանշան է, որ Հայաստանին աջակցության հարցն է կարևոր այդ ընտրության համատեքստում։ Կարևոր է, որ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները պատրաստ լինեն տարբեր սցենարների, որոնք կարող են առաջանալ Երևանի որոշման արդյունքում։

Եզրափակելով՝ կարելի է ասել, որ Հայաստանը կանգնած է բարդ ընտրության առաջ, որը կորոշի նրա ապագան փոփոխվող աշխարհակարգում: Այդ որոշման արձագանքը երկարաժամկետ հետևանքներ կունենա ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ ամբողջ Անդրկովկասի քաղաքական կայունության վրա։
