ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.

«Գլխուղեղի սուր իշեմիկ կաթվածը, ցավոք, մեզանում ամենահաճախ հանդիպող ախտորոշումներից է: Այս հիվանդության դեպքում ծառայությունները մատուցվում են պետական պատվերի շրջանակներում.այսպիսով` գումար չունենալու պատճառով ոչ մի պացիենտ, անկախ սոցիալական խմբի պատկանելիությունից, դուրս չի մնում կաթվածի անդառնալի հետևանքները կանխող բուժսպասարկումից:

Ծրագրում ընդգրկման հիմք է հանդիսանում պացիենտի մոտ «գլխուղեղի սուր և/կամ ենթասուր իշեմիկ կաթված» ախտորոշումը` գլխուղեղի իշեմիկ կաթվածի կլինիկական նշանների ի հայտ գալու պահից 0-24 ժամերի ընթացքում` ներառյալ տեղափոխման ժամանակահատվածը:
Միայն 2024 թվականին մատուցվել է 789 ծառայություն` 1,7 մլրդ դրամ փոխհատուցմամբ:

Ծրագրի ներդրումից ի վեր մատուցվել է 3573 ծառայություն, որի համար պետական բյուջից հատկացվել է 7.4 մլրդ դրամ:

Շատ կարևոր եմ համարում, որ կյանք փրկող այս ծրագիրը հասանլի լինի նաև մարզերում:

Երևանյան 4 բժշկական կենտրոններից բացի ծրագիրը գործում է նաև Գյումրիի և Վանաձորի բժշկական հաստատություններում:

Մեր նպատակն է այս ծառայության առաջնակի հատվածը հասանելի դարձնենք նաև մյուս մարզերում:

Նման ծրագրերը հնարավոր են դառնում բոլորիս վճարած հարկերի շնորհիվ»:
