Բաքվի դատարանում, որտեղ երեկ շարունակվում էր Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գործով շինծու դատավարությունը, Վարդանյանի դեմ ցուցմունքներ են տվել։
Ըստ ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների՝ ցուցմունք տված անձինք պատմել են, թե, իբր, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը «ֆինանսավորել է ջոկատների ստեղծումը և տարածքների ականապատումը, երեք ռազմական պահեստների կառուցումը, իբր, Վարդանյանը կարողացել է այդ պահեստներում բերել և հավաքել զգալի քանակությամբ զենք-զինամթերք, դրոններ և այլ ԱԹՍ–ներ, և քարոզել է զինվել և կռվել ադրբեջանցիների դեմ»։
Ավելի ուշ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տվողները Մուշեղ Գրիգորյանն ու Կամո Հայրապետյանն են եղել։
Կամո Հայրապետյանի մասին արցախցիներից մեկը մանրամասներ է պատմել։
«Ի դեպ, թուրքի դատարանում ցուցմունք տվող Կամոյի հորը ադրբեջանցիները սպանել են Բաքվում՝ մետրոյի «Գյանջլիկ» կայարանի դիմաց՝ հակամարտության սկզբում։ Կամոն նրան գտել է շտապօգնության հիվանդանոցի դիահերձարանում, նրան ստիպել են` «բացատրագիր» գրել, թե հայրը մահացել է սրտի կաթվածից, երբ նրա մարմնին դանակի 17 հարված է եղել։
Կամոն հորը թաղել է հայրենի գյուղում՝ Մարաղայում։ Հետագայում գյուղը գրավվեց ադրբեջանցիների կողմից և մինչև վերջ մնաց նրանց վերահսկողության տակ»,- գրել է արցախցի Արմինե Մարտիրոսյանը։
Նշվում է, որ թե Կամո Հայրապետյանը, թե Մուշեղ Գրիգորյանը բռնի տեղահանումից հետո մնացել էին Արցախում, ստացել են Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիություն։
