Ռուսաստանը կքննարկի Ուկրաինայում 30-օրյա հրադադարի մասին ԱՄՆ-ի առաջարկը, սակայն առանց խաղաղության համաձայնագրի, մարտերի դադարեցումը քիչ հավանական է, ասել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Անդրեյ Կելինը։

«Մենք կդադարեցնենք ռազմական գործողությունները միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ կունենանք ամբողջական, համապարփակ համաձայնություն», - ասել է Քեյլինը «Wall Street Journal»-ին։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան «մեծ զգուշությամբ» է մոտենում պատերազմը դադարեցնելու առաջարկին։

Դիվանագետը պարզաբանել է, որ Ռուսաստանը փորձ ունի նախկին խաղաղության բանակցություններում, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել Ստամբուլում 2022 թվականի գարնանը։ Այնուհետև Մոսկվան և Կիեւը խաղաղության համաձայնագիր են մշակել, իսկ Ռուսաստանը, ըստ նրա, հրադադարի ակնկալիքով, «որպես բարի կամքի ժեստ», զորքերը դուրս է բերել Կիեւի և Չեռնիգովի շրջաններից: Սակայն Կիեւն այն ժամանակ հրաժարվեց ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։

Մարտի 11-ին Սաուդյան Արաբիայում կայացած բանակցությունների ժամանակ ԱՄՆ-ն Ուկրաինային առաջարկել է 30-օրյա զինադադար։ Կիևը համաձայնել է դրան՝ պայմանով, որ Մոսկվան նույնպես կգնա նույն քայլին։

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ հրադադարը իմաստ ունի Ռուսաստանի համար, սակայն կան նաև «շատ բացասական կողմեր»: Չնայած դրան, նա հույս է հայտնել, որ Մոսկվան կհամաձայնի զինադադարի, հիշեցնելով, որ լծակներ ունի Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների վրա։ «Ես կարող եմ դիմել ֆինանսական ճնշման, ինչը շատ վնասակար կլինի Ռուսաստանի համար։ Բայց ես չեմ ցանկանում դա անել, քանի որ ցանկանում եմ հասնել խաղաղության»,- բացատրել է Թրամփը։
