МИД Азербайджана поставил условия для подписания мирного соглашения с Арменией.
«С удовлетворением отмечаем завершение переговоров по тексту проекта Соглашения об установлении мира и межгосударственных отношений между Азербайджаном и Арменией. В тоже время еще раз доводим до внимания принципиальную позицию Азербайджана о том, что главным условием подписания текста, по которому были проведены переговоры, является внесение изменений в конституцию Армении с целью устранения претензий на суверенитет и территориальную целостность Азербайджана. В тоже время мы подчеркиваем необходимость официального роспуска устаревшей и нефункциональной Минской группы ОБСЕ и надлежащих ей структур. Мы готовы продолжить двусторонний диалог по этим и другим вопросам, связанным с процессом нормализации отношений между двумя странами», - говорится в заявлении, распространенном азербайджанскими СМИ.
Ранее МИД Армении заявил о завершении переговоров и согласовании текста, а также констатировал нежелание Баку выступить с единым заявлением.
