Ալբանիայի մայրաքաղաք Տիրանայում անցկացվող հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբշամարտի Եվրոպայի մինչեւ 23 տարեկանների առաջնությունում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Ռազմիկ Քուրդյանը բրոնզե մեդալ չնվաճեց:

130 կգ քաշայինների բրոնզե մեդալի համար գոտեմարտում Քուրդյանը 1:1 հաշվով զիջեց վրացի Սաբա Չիլաշվիլիին: Ռազմիկ Քուրդյանը մեկնարկային քառորդ եզրափակիչում 0:2 հաշվով պարտվել էր ուկրաինացի Միխայլո Վիշնեւվիցկիին: Սփոփիչ գոտեմարտում հաղթել էր հույն Գեորգիոս Քրիստոֆորիդիսին:

Արմեն Բաբալարյանի գլխավորած հավաքականից Մ23 ԵԱ-ում բրոնզե մեդալակիրներ են դարձել 55 կգ քաշային Արայիկ Թոպալյանը եւ 87 կգ քաշային Վիգեն Նազարյանը:

Արայիկ Թոպալյանը բրոնզե մեդալի համար գոտեմարտում 10:1 հաշվով պարտության մատնեց թուրք Մեհմեդ Սարփին:

87 կգ քաշային Վիգեն Նազարյանը առանց պայքարի դարձավ բրոնզե մեդալակիր: Նրա մրցակից  շվեդ Համզա Սերտկանլին հրաժարվեց պայքարից, հաղթանակը շնորհվեց հայ ըմբիշիբ:

Մ23 Եվրոպայի առաջնության երկրորդ մրցումային օրը Հայաստանի հավաքականից կիսաեզրափակիչ դուրս եկած Սուրեն Աղաջանյանը (60 կգ), 5:7 հաշվով պարտվեց  իսրայելցի Մելկամու Ֆետենեին եւ կպայքարի բրոնզե մեդալի համար:

1/8 եզրափակիչում Սուրեն Աղաջանյանը 8:0 հաշվով հաղթել է ալբանացի Միկել Տրոպլինիին, քառորդ եզրափակիչում առավելության է հասել ֆրանսիացի Լուկաս Կեւին Լյո Գրասոյի նկատմամբ։
