Ես ուզում եմ չհամաձայնվել, որ հորիզոնում Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղությունը չի երևում։ Այս մասին թուրքական լրատվամիջոցներին տված հարցազրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ես կասեմ, որ պարզապես այդպես անընդհատ փորձ է արվում ծխածածկույթ ապահովել հորիզոնի երկայնքով, որպեսզի այդ խաղաղությունը չերևա։ Իրականում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության շատ կարևոր հենասյուներ դրվել են։ Այդ հենասյուներից մեկն այն է, որ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը, ըստ էության, պայմանավորվել են, որ ճանաչում են 1991 թվականի Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և ինքնիշխանությունը։ Սա այն է, ինչ հորիզոնում պետք է երևա։ Ավելին ասեմ, խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի համաձայնեցված հոդվածներում վերարձանագրվել է այս իրողությունը, արձանագրել են, որ չունեն միմյանցից տարածքային պահանջներ և փոխադարձաբար պարտավորվում են նման տարածքային պահանջներ չներկայացնել ապագայում։ Սա շատ հստակ երևում է հորիզոնում, բայց հիմա Դուք կհարցնեք, իսկ ո՞րն է ծխածածկույթը։ Ծխածածկույթն «արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» մասին խոսույթն է, որովհետև երբ պայմանավորվածություն ենք ձեռք բերել, որ ճանաչում ենք միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ուրեմն չպետք է լինի «արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» խոսույթ։

Ծխածածկույթ են Բաքվում տեղի ունեցող դատավարությունները, որոնք մի նպատակ ունեն, ես չգիտեմ ինչ, համենայնդեպս մեր ընկալումն է այդպիսին, զրոյացնել այն ձեռքբերումները, որոնք ունեցել ենք խաղաղության գործընթացում, որովհետև մենք արդեն չորս տարի բանակցում ենք խաղաղության պրոցեսի վերաբերյալ և ունենք արդյունքներ»,- հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, այն, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը ստորագրել են միջազգային փաստաթուղթ և վավերացրել են երկու երկրներում, դա արդեն իսկ կայացած փաստ է և կայացած իրողություն. «Ավելին, մենք սահմանազատված սահմանային հատվածներ ունենք: Եվ այստեղ է խնդիրը՝ այս կետից ինչ ճանապարհով ենք գնում: Ես, եթե ուշադիր էիք, ասացի, որ եթե հետևողական լինենք մենք մեր ջանքերում՝ արդեն իսկ այդ ճանապարհը, այդ նախագիծը սեղանին է, մնում է այդ նախագծից չհրաժարվել։ Մեզ ըստ էության շատ նոր բան կառուցել այս փուլում պետք չէ, անհրաժեշտ է ընդամենը այն, ինչ արձանագրված է, դա չոչնչացնել։

Այո, մենք հասկանում ենք նաև զգայունությունները և առանձնահատկությունները, որոնք կան Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան հարաբերություններում: Դա հնարավոր չէ ժխտել, բայց մյուս կողմից արդեն ասացի, որ մենք ունենք պրոցեսներ նաև Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերություններում»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
