«Կոնկոր (բիսոպրոլոլ (բիսոպրոլոլի ֆումարատ)), թաղանթապատ դեղահատեր 5 մգ N50 (2×25) բլիստերում դեղի G0281U (պիտանիության ժամկետ՝ 30.11.2028թ.),

«Կոնկոր Կոր (բիսոպրոլոլ (բիսոպրոլոլի ֆումարատ)), թաղանթապատ դեղահատեր 2,5 մգ N30 (1×30) բլիստերում դեղի G0280T (պիտանիության ժամկետ՝ 31.10.2026թ.) և G029L8 (պիտանիության ժամկետ՝ 31.12.2026թ.),

«Էութիրօքս (լևոթիրoքսին (լևոթիրօքսին նատրիում)), դեղահատեր 50 մկգ N100 (4×25) բլիստերում թիվ G02AQH (պիտանիության ժամկետ՝ 30.04.2027թ.),

«Էութիրօքս (լևոթիրoքսին (լևոթիրօքսին նատրիում)), դեղահատեր 75 մկգ N100 (4×25) բլիստերում թիվ G02AQK (պիտանիության ժամկետ՝ 31.03.2027թ.),

«Էութիրօքս (լևոթիրoքսին (լևոթիրօքսին նատրիում)), դեղահատեր 125 մկգ N100 (4×25) բլիստերում թիվ G02BGT (պիտանիության ժամկետ՝ 31.01.2027թ.), դեղերի սերիաների վերաբերյալ։

Կարգադրագրի հիմք է հանդիսացել «Դեղերի և բժշկական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագիտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից 2025 թվականի մարտի 03-ին ստացված թիվ 01/984-25 և թիվ 01/985-25 փորձաքննության եզրակացությունները ինչպես նաև 2025 թվականի մարտի 07-ի թիվ 03/1103-25 ստացված գրությունը, համաձայն որի ներքոնշյալ դեղերի սերիաներին ուղեկցող և գրանցման հավաստագրերի իրավատիրոջ կողմից ներկայացված որակի հավաստագրերի համեմատական ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում բացահայտվել են բնօրինակի հետ անհամապատասխանություններ և առկա է հետկանչի ենթակա երրորդ դասի թերություն, որը էական վնաս չի հասցնում առողջությանը։

«Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը՝ տրվել է կարգադրագիր արտադրանքի հետկանչ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ։

Հարգելի´ քաղաքացիներ, քանի որ առկա է հետկանչի ենթակա երրորդ դասի թերություն՝ խնդրում ենք ուշադիր լինել և խուսափել տվյալ դեղի վերոնշյալ սերիաների օգտագործումից»,-նշվում է տեսչական մարմնի հայտարարության մեջ:
