Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ մարտի 9-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 03։45-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կենտրոնական բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Խանջյան փողոցի 31 հասցեում գործող «Էլկա» ակումբում երկու տղամարդ վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, ապակյա շշերով կոտրել ակումբի գույքը և հեռացել:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրողը, պարեկները Վարդանանց-Տպագրիչներ փողոցների խաչմերուկում նկատել են 2 քաղաքացու, որոնց վրա առկա է եղել արնանման հետքեր և մարմնական վնասվածքներ, նշված քաղաքացիներին մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին:
Պարզվել է, որ նշված քաղաքացիները հանդիսանում են Երևանի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Անդրանիկ Բ․-ն և Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 27-ամյա Սերյոժա Ն․-ն։ Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Սերյոժա Ն․-ն և Անդրանիկ Բ․-ն ժամը 01։30-ի սահմաններում «Էլկա» ակումբում բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են իրար հետ, ապակյա շշերով հարվածել միմյանց, կոտրել ակումբի գույքը, տևական ժամանակ խաթարելով ակումբի բնականոն աշխատանքը, որից հետո դուրս են եկել ակումբից և վիճաբանությունը շարունակել են Վարդանանց-Տպագրիչներ փողոցների խաչմերուկում, փոխադարձ հարվածներ հասցրել միյանց, պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
