Եվրոպան կարող է փոխարինել ԱՄՆ-ի օգնությունն Ուկրաինային. փորձագետ

Եվրոպան ի վիճակի է փոխարինել Միացյալ Նահանգների օգնությունն Ուկրաինային։ Այս մասին ասվում է Քիլի համաշխարհային տնտեսության ինստիտուտի (IfW) հետազոտության մեջ, փոխանցում է DW-ն։
IfW-ի տվյալներով՝ ֆինանսական ոլորտում Եվրոպան կկարողանա փոխարինել ԱՄՆ-ին համեմատաբար փոքր լրացուցիչ ծախսերի դեպքում: Ավելի բարդ է ամերիկյան զենքի, զինամթերքի և այլ ռազմական օգնության փոխարինումը։ Ինչը ևս Եվրոպան կարող է անել, թեև ոչ բոլոր դիրքերում։
«Մեր տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ Եվրոպան ընդհանուր առմամբ կարող է փոխհատուցել ԱՄՆ-ի օգնությունը, բայց միայն այն դեպքում, եթե քաղաքական գործիչները վճռականորեն գործեն», - ասել է հետազոտությունների տնօրեն Քրիստոֆ Տրեբեշը: Սակայն նրա խոսքով՝ առայժմ Եվրոպան այդ ուղղությամբ «չափազանց դանդաղ» է շարժվում։
Հետազոտության համաձայն՝ եվրոպական կառավարություններն այժմ տարեկան իրենց ՀՆԱ-ի միայն 0,1 տոկոսն են ծախսում Կիևին օգնելու համար։ Օգնության ծրագրերից ԱՄՆ-ի հնարավոր դուրս գալը փոխհատուցելու համար ԵՄ բոլոր պետությունների եւ ինստիտուտների համար վճարը պետք է ավելանա մինչեւ 0,21 տոկոս:
«Եթե ամբողջ Եվրոպան հետևեր Դանիայի օրինակին և ամեն տարի Կիևին օգնելու համար ծախսեր ՀՆԱ-ի ավելի քան 0,5%-ը, ապա ԱՄՆ-ի օգնությունը կարող էր փոխհատուցվել նույնիսկ զգալի պաշարով», - ասել է Տրեբեշը:
