«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մարտի 30-ին Գյումրի և Փարաքար համայնքներում տեղի ունենալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին անկախ դիտորդի կարգավիճակով հանդես գալու որոշում է կայացրել «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը՝ «Պառլամենտարիզմի զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոն» և «Երիտասարդական ակումբների դաշնություն» ՀԿ-ների հետ միասին: Նպատակն ընտրական գործընթացի ամբողջական իրավական վերահսկողություն իրականացնելն է։ «ՀայաՔվեն» որոշում է կայացրել մաս չկազմել որևէ քաղաքական ուժի կամ դաշինքի նախընտրական ցուցակի, չներգրավվել քարոզչական աշխատանքներում:
Երեք կազմակերպությունները, միավորելով ուժերը, այս կերպ ռեսուրսների համատեղման միտում ունեն, բացի դա, այս պարագայում օրենսդրությունն ավելի լայն հնարավորություններ է տալիս դիտորդական առաքելություն անցկացնելու իմաստով:
«ՀայաՔվե» միավորման համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը շեշտում է՝ նախկինում արձանագրված բազմաթիվ ընտրախախտումները՝ և՛ 2021 թ. համապետական, և՛ 2023 թ. Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին, հիմք են տալիս ենթադրելու, որ պրակտիկայում ընտրախախտումների աղետալի ավանդույթը շարունակում է գործել։ Ուստի, դիտորդական առաքելության նպատակն է երաշխավորել մեր քաղաքացիներին, որ նրանց ձայնը չի կորելու, և այն նշանակություն ունի, որովհետև, ցավոք, ընտրական գործընթացն ունի բազմաթիվ զարտուղիներ՝ քաղաքացու իրական քվեն աղավաղելու։
Գյումրու 82 և Փարաքարի 16 ընտրատեղամասերում ներկա են լինելու դիտորդական այս առաքելության մեկ կամ երկու դիտորդ, մեկական գրասենյակներ են գործելու Էջմիածնում և Գյումրիում, որտեղ քաղաքացիները կարող են դիմել իրենց իրավունքի ոտնահարման պարագայում: Բացի դա, գործելու է «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորման թեժ գիծը 033978281 հեռախոսահամարով:
Դիտորդները հանձն են առնում պաշտպանել քաղաքացիների իրավունքները՝ կոչ անելով նրանց ակտիվորեն մասնակցել առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին:
