Դեմ ենք կեղծ «խաղաղությանը»՝ Հայաստանի անվտանգության և ինքնիշխանության միակողմանի զիջմանը

Ամերիկայի Հայ Դատի Հանձնախմբի գործադիր տնօրեն Արամ Համբարյանը հետևյալ հայտարարությունն է արել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև «խաղաղության» պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ տարածվող վաղաժամ տեղեկությունների կապակցությամբ.
«Ամերիկայի Հայ Դատի Հանձնախումբը ձգտում է իրական խաղաղության՝ արդար և տևական խաղաղության, որը հարգում է հայ ազգի իրավունքները և ապահովում է հայերի վերադարձը Արցախ՝ ոչ թե կեղծ «խաղաղության»՝ Հայաստանի անվտանգության և ինքնիշխանության միակողմանի զիջման, որը Երևանին պարտադրվում է զենքի սպառնալիքի ներքո»,- հայտարարել է Համբարյանը։
Մամուլի հրապարակումների համաձայն՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցություններն ավարտվել են, և երկու կառավարություններն էլ հայտնել են, որ պատրաստ են ստորագրելու դեռևս չբացահայտված պայմանագիրը։ Հայկական և ադրբեջանական պաշտոնյաների հայտարարությունների համաձայն՝ այս համաձայնագիրը նպատակ ունի պաշտոնականացնել երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները՝ անտեսելով Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպանական գործողությունները, հայ ռազմագերիների անօրինական կալանավորումը և խոշտանգումները, Հայաստանի նկատմամբ շարունակվող գոյութենական սպառնալիքները, Հայաստանի սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու պահանջները, ինչպես նաև Արցախ վերադարձի հավաքական, պաշտպանված և արժանապատիվ իրավունքի խոչընդոտումը։ 2020 թվականին Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի) և Հայաստանի դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմի արդյունքում Ադրբեջանը իրականացրեց 10-ամսյա դաժան շրջափակում, որն ավարտվեց Արցախի ցեղասպանական էթնիկ զտումով. 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին հարձակումներից հետո 120,000 հայ քրիստոնյաներ բռնի տեղահանվեցին իրենց պատմական հայրենիքից։
Վաղաժամ գնահատվող հայտարարության մեջ, հաշվի առնելով արդար և երկարատև խաղաղության բազմաթիվ խոչընդոտները, պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն նշել է.
«ԱՄՆ-ը ողջունում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պատմական խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների ավարտը։ Սա հնարավորություն է, որպեսզի երկու երկրները շրջեն տասնամյակների հակամարտության էջը՝ համաձայն ավելի խաղաղ աշխարհի՝ նախագահ Թրամփի տեսլականի։ Այժմ խաղաղության հանձնառության, պայմանագրի ստորագրման և վավերացման, Հարավային Կովկասի ժողովուրդների համար նոր բարեկեցիկ դարաշրջանի հռչակման ժամանակն է»։
Ամերիկայի Հայ Դատի Հանձնախումբը շարունակում է հանդես գալ այնպիսի խաղաղության օգտին, որը կավելացնի Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը, կպաշտպանի նրա սահմանադրական ամբողջականությունը և կապահովի Արցախի բռնի տեղահանված հայերի վերադարձի իրավունքը դեպի իրենց պատմական հայրենիքը՝ Արցախ։
