Արագածոտնի մարզում ոտքի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքով «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել 13-ամյա տղա

Մարտի 12-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ SHAMSHYAN.comի տեղեկություններով ժամը 18։45-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Աշտարակի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ գյուղերից մեկի տան բակում օդաճնշիչ «Տիր» տիպի զենքով թռչուն կրակելու ժամանակ փամփուշտը անդրադառնալու և ոտքին դիպչելու հետևանքով ձախ ոտքի վնասվածքով «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի երեխա։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզել են, որ բուժօգնության տեղափոխվածը Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 13-ամյա Հ․ Հ․-ն է ինչպես նաև պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 17։30-ի սահմաններում իրենց տան բակում Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 15-ամյա Ա․ Մ․-ն Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 44-ամյա Սևակ Թ․-ին պատկանող «ԳԱՄՈ» տիպի 4.5մմ տրամաչափ օդաճնշիչ զենքով պատահաբար մեկ անգամ կրակել է Հ.Հ․-ի ձախ ոտքին, որի հետևանքով վերջինս ստացել է «ձախ սրունքի վերին երրորդի փակ հյուսվածքների գնդակային կույր վիրավորում» վնասվածքը:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
