Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Դոնալդ Թրամփի հանդիպումը կկազմակերպվի հենց որ դրա անհրաժեշտությունն առաջանա։ Այս մասին հայտնել է ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը, գրում է Коммерсант-ը։

Նա պարզաբանել է, որ ռուսաստանյան կողմը պատրաստվում է հանդիպմանը, և թեման քննարկվում է Վաշինգտոնի հետ։

«Մենք պատրաստվում ենք հանդիպմանը, և այն կկազմակերպվի հենց որ դրա անհրաժեշտությունն առաջանա»,- ասել է Ուշակովը լրագրող Պավել Զարուբինին հինգշաբթի՝ մարտի 13-ին ձայնագրված մեկնաբանության մեջ։

Նա նշել է, որ երկու երկրների միջև շփումները ներկայումս տեղի են ունենում «այլ մակարդակներով»։

«Հանդիպումը կամ հեռախոսազրույցը կարելի է բավականին արագ կազմակերպել, բայց ես դեռ որևէ կոնկրետ բան չեմ կարող ասել»,- հավելել է նա։

Մարտի 13-ի երեկոյան Մոսկվայում դռնփակ բանակցություններ են տեղի ունեցել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և ԱՄՆ նախագահի հատուկ բանագնաց Սթիվ Ուիթկոֆի միջև։ Ըստ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովի, Ուիթկոֆի միջոցով Վլադիմիր Պուտինը «տեղեկատվություն և լրացուցիչ ազդանշաններ է փոխանցել նախագահ Թրամփին»։ Թրամփը մարտի 13-ի հանդիպման արդյունքները գնահատել է «շատ լավ և արդյունավետ»։

Դոնալդ Թրամփի հատուկ բանագնացին հանդիպելուց առաջ Պուտինը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը համաձայն է դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները Ուկրաինայում, բայց պայմանով, որ դա կհանգեցնի երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության։
