Հանցավոր խումբը զենքի գործադրմամբ և բռնություն կիրառելով կատարել է բնակարանային հափշտակություններ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից:
«2024 թվականի սկզբներին Ռ.Ս.-ն և Ա.Ղ.-ն ստեղծել են հանցավոր կազմակերպություն, որի կազմում ընդգրկել են ազգությամբ հայ և օտարազգի անձանց:
Հանցավոր խմբի անդամները քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված անձից տեղեկություն ստանալով, որ Արարատի մարզի բնակչին պատկանող տանը հնարավոր է առկա լինի մեծ քանակությամբ գումար, համաձայնության են եկել ապօրինի մուտք գործելով, զենքի գործադրմամբ և բռնություն կիրառելով հափշտակություն կատարելու շուրջ՝ անձին պատճառելով խոշոր չափերի՝ 1 մլն 239 հզր 257 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս, որից հետո դիմել են փախուստի:
Բացի այդ, Ռ.Ս.-ն և Ա.Ղ.-ն խմբի անդամից տեղեկություն ստանալով, որ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչը վարձակալությամբ հանձնած տարածքներ ունի և հնարավոր է, որ բնակարանում խնայած գումար ունենա, կազմակերպել և պլանավորել են բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելով՝ բռնություն գործադրելով հափշտակության կատարումը՝ անձին պատճառելով խոշոր չափերի` 2 մլն 153 հզր ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս:
Ռ.Ս.-ն և Ա.Ղ.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 318-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով (հանցավոր կազմակերպություն ստեղծելը կամ ղեկավարելը), 252-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (ավազակությունը) (2 դրվագ), հանցավոր խմբից 3 անձի նկատմամբ՝ 319-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (հանցավոր կազմակերպությանը մասնակցելը), 252-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (ավազակությունը):
4 անձի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը, 1-ի նկատմամբ՝ տնային կալանքը:
Քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և ըստ էության քննության առնելու համար դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ»,- հայտնումեն ՔԿ-ից:
