Հայաստանում ավտոդիլերներին կսկսեն զրկել լիցենզիայից. նախարարը նշում է պատճառները

Հայաստանում ֆիզիկական անձանց անուններով էլեկտրական մեքենաներ ներմուծող դիլերներին կսկսեն զրկվել լիցենզիայից։ Այս մասին մարտի 17-ին Ազգային ժողովում Տարածաշրջանային և եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նիստում 2024 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարման ընթացքի և արդյունքների մասին հաշվետվության քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց Հանրապետության էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը։
Հարցն այն է, որ 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերին ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատել է 2025 թվականին 8 հազար էլեկտրական ավտոմեքենաների անմաքս ներկրման քվոտա։ Դրանցից 5000-ը կկարողանան ներկրել ֆիզիկական անձինք և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը: Մնացած 3 հազարը դիլերներ են։ Խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, իշխող կուսակցության պատգամավոր Վաղարշակ Հակոբյանը զեկուցել է, որ պատգամավորները բազմաթիվ բողոքներ են ստացել ֆիզիկական անձանց համար էլեկտրական մեքենաների անմաքս ներկրման քվոտաների կիրառման հետ կապված։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ շատ դիլերներ էլեկտրական մեքենաներ են ներմուծել ֆիզիկական անձանց անուններով։
Նախարարի խոսքով, դժվար թե նման դեպքերը համատարած լինեն, քանի որ ներկրվող մեքենաների մեծ մասը չինական են։ Վերջիններս, ինչպես նշեց Պապոյանը, Հայաստանում պաշտոնական դիստրիբյուտորներ չունեն։ Այսպես, տարեսկզբից ներկրված 3914 էլեկտրական մեքենաներից 1848-ը եղել է BYD (դիլերներ չկան), 885-ը՝ Tesla (դիլերներ չկան), 728-ը՝ Chevrolet, 536-ը՝ Lixiang, 182-ը՝ Hong Ji-ն (կա դիլեր)։
