Մեր՝ խաղաղություն կառուցելու տրամաբանությունը պետք է դուրս գա կոնֆլիկտային տրամաբանությունից: Եվ մենք համաձայնվել ենք սահմանի երկայնքով 3-րդ երկրի ուժեր չտեղակայելուն:

Այս մասին Առաջին ալիքի եթերում ասաց ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը:

Ընդդիմությունն ասում է՝ ամեն ինչ զիջելով եք համաձայնեցնում՝ դիտարկմանն ի պատասխան, Թորոսյանն ասաց.

«Ընդդիմությունը դեմ էր ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության տեղակայմանը, անգամ դեմ է քվեարկել ԱԺ-ում, թող անկապ չխոսեն: Բա որ երաշխիք են, ինչո՞ւ էին դեմ քվեարկում դիտորդներին ստատուս տալուց, թե՞ պարզապես տերերից հրահանգ են ստացել ինչ-որ տեղից, կամ ինչ-որ մայրաքաղաքից, կամ ուզում են նորից տորպեդահարել խաղաղության պրոցեսը:

Իրենց պարզապես պետք չէ, որ խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվի և խաղաղություն լինի, մեխը էստեղ է, որովհետև իրենց հացը կտրվում է, որովհետև եթե չկա կոնֆլիկտ, իրենք չունեն ասելիք:

Իրենք ուզում են կոնֆլիկտի հարատևության վրա տաքացնել իրենց ձեռքերը, անկախ նրանից, որ մեր երկիրը կթուլանա, կարող է լինի նոր պատերազմ, նոր կորուստներով և զոհերով, բայց իրենք մնան քաղաքական թատերաբեմում: Մենք էլ ասում ենք՝ վերջ, կոնֆլիկտային տրամաբանությունը պետք է դադարեցնենք: Պետք է սկսենք խաղաղություն կառուցելու տրամաբանությունը, որն ավելի դժվար է, ավելի մեծ ջանք է պահանջում, անընդհատ քննադատվում է, անընդհատ աշխատանք է պահանջում, նույնիսկ թուք ու մուր ուտել, որ ինչ-որ մի պահի մեր երեխաներն ապրեն  ավելի խաղաղ երկրում»,- ասաց Թորոսյանը:

Ընդդիմությունն ասում է՝ իրենք էլ են խաղաղություն ուզում, բայց ոչ ամեն ինչ զիջելով:

Ի պատասխան Պետրոս Ղազարյանի՝ Թորոսյանն ասաց.

«Իրենց լեզվով ասեմ՝ դա լկտի սուտ է: Ինչ է նշանակում զիջել ամեն ինչ: Այսինքն ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու սահմաններն ամրագրելը զիջո՞ւմ է»:

Ոչ մի խոսք չկա արցախցիների Արցախ վերադառնալու իրավունքի մասին: Ի պատասխան դիտարկմանը՝ Արսեն Թորոսյանն ասաց, որ նրանց վերադարձի իրավունքը Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների մաս չպետք է կազմի:

«Մենք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի մասին ենք խոսում, իսկ արցախցիներն ապրում էին Արցախում, իրենց ապաշնորհ ղեկավարության վարած քաղաքականության պատճառով կորցրել են իրենց հայրենիքը: Դա Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման առարկա չէ և չպետք է լինի, որովհետև մենք ուզում ենք խաղաղություն կառուցել և ոչ թե կոնֆլիկտը հարատև շարունակենք:

Մենք Ադրբեջանի տարածքում մեր հայրենակիցների ապրելու հարցով կողմ չենք, չպետք է լինենք»,- ասաց Թորոսյանը:
