Մինչ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ հերթական ստերն է տարածում, թե ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումները կրակ են բացել ադրբեջանական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, Տավուշի սահմանին այլ գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում։ Դեռ հունվարին MediaHub-ը գրել էր, որ տավուշցիների շրջանում համառ խոսակցություններ են, թե ապրիլին «սահմանազատելով» պետք է հասնեն Ոսկեպար, և որ ինչ–որ գործընթաց է տեղի ունենում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին։ 

Հաշվի առնելով վերջին օրերին ադրբեջանական կողմի ապատեղեկատվական գրոհը, MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց տավուշցի ակտիվիստ Կարեն Ղազարյանի հետ, որից հետաքրքրվեցինք, թե ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է սահմանին, ի՞նչ գործընթացներ ու զարգացումներ կան իրենց տարածքում։ Ղազարյանը բավականին հոռետեսական է տրամադրված:

«Սահմանազատում ու սահմանագծում անվան տակ կրկին հանձնելու են, ամեն ինչ պատրաստ է, որ գործընթացը սկսեն։ Մինչև ապրիլի 15–ը զիջումներ են լինելու, հանձնելու են Վերին Ոսկեպար կոչվող տարածքը, Ոսկեպար բնակավայրը, որտեղ ժողովուրդն է ապրում՝ մոտ 5-6 տուն, մոտենալու են դպրոցին: Իսկ Բերքաբերի հողերը, որ իբր պետք է Ադրբեջանը վերադարձնի, չեն վերադարձնի: 1200 հեկտար տարածք է, որ այս պահին Ադրբեջանի ձեռքում է»,– նշեց Ղազարյանը։

Ոսկեպարցիների զգալի մասը, ինչպես նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը, դեմ են «սահմանազատմանը» և պատրաստվում են լուրջ գործողություններ սկսել, և միայն մի մասն է, որ «սնվում են իշխանություններից» և ասում՝ «չենք հավատում, չի լինի նման բան, խաղաղություն է»։

«Բոլորը՝ գիտակից մասը, փորձում են պայքարել, որ վախի իրավիճակ չստեղծվի՝ Կիրանցը վկա, որ Ադրբեջանի սահմանից ընդամենը 30 մետր այն կողմ է դպրոցը»,– նշեց նա։ 

Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ վիճակ է Տավուշում այսօր, մասնավորապես կրակոցների մասին կեղծ լուրերի ֆոնին, Ղազարյանը նշեց, որ իրավիճակը սահմանին նորմալ է, հանգիստ է։

«Եթե այն ժամանակ զորքեր էին կուտակվում, օրինակ, Կիրանցի մոտ, ապա այժմ ես չեմ տեսնում կուտակված, մեծ քանակով զորքեր։ Նոյեմբերյանի մաս կազմող Դեբեդավան գյուղում, որն այդ եռանկյուն հատվածի՝ Հայաստան, Վրաստան ու Ադրբեջան ամենավերջին գյուղն է, այդտեղից պետք է «սահմանազատելով» գան, բայց դե այդտեղ հանձնելու ոչինչ չկա։ Հանձնվելիք տարածքներ Կոթի ու Ոսկեպարի հատվածում կա, որը նախկին Սովետական Ադրբեջանից են։ Իհարկե, դեռ «սահմանազատման» գործընթաց չի եղել, բայց տեղ–տեղ փշալարեր են քաշել»,– ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Ընդհանուր տրամադրությունն էլ Տավուշում հետևյալն է. միանշանակ, կան տարածքներ, որոնք պետք է հանձնվեն Ադրբեջանին, բայց խիստ կասկածներ ունեն, որ Ադրբեջանը ինչ–որ հողեր կտա Հայաստանին, և վստահ են՝ կլինի միակողմանի զիջում։
