ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը գրել է․
«Ներկայիս քաղաքական դաշտում շատերին է պետք տարանջատվել Նիկոլից: Ես վստահ եմ, ու կարող եմ նույնիսկ գրազ գալ, որ որոշ ժամանակ հետո ՔՊ-ում էլ են շատերը փորձելու հրապարակային տարանջատվել Նիկոլից և հրաժարվել նրան իշխանության բերելու գործում իրենց ունեցած մասնակցությունից:
Համազգային ոգևորությամբ իշխանության բերված նիկոլիզմը վերջնարդյունքում վերածվել է չարիքի: Դարձել է չումա, որից առողջ և անառողջ շատ ուժեր փորձում են հեռու մնալ ու մաքրվել ոչ հեռու անցյալում ունեցած իրենց առնչությունց:
Սա շատ նորմալ է և նույնիսկ գովելի, որ ամեն կերպ փորձում են տարանջատվել Նիկոլից: Բայց պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ դա չի ստացվելու անել ՀՀԿ հաշվին: Պետք չէ ենթադրություններ հորինել, վարկածներ ծնել, եղելություններ կեղծել և յորովի մեկնաբանություններ անել:
Պետք է նաև նկատի ունենալ, որ պետության կենսական շահերի դեմ սպառնալիքների, քաղաքացիական բախումների ու անմեղ զոհերի շանտաժով 2018թ. մայիսի 8-ին ՀՀԿ-ից շորթված 11 քվեների պատասխանատվությունն էլ է նիկոլիզմի ու նրա երբեմնի ջատագովների վրա:

Իշխանափոխությունից հետո պարզաբանման ենթակա հարցերից մեկն էլ պետք է լինի «Նիկոլին իշխանության բերելու» ներքաղաքական շահառուների և տարբեր շրջանակների մերկանտիլ ակնկալիքների բացահայտումը:
