«3 եղբայր էին, ինքը մեծն էր». Սպիտակում սպանված 17-ամյա Գրիշան քոլեջում էր սովորում

Լոռու մարզի Սպիտակ քաղաքում նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության հետևանքով մահացած 17-ամյա Գրիշա Պողոսյանը ընտանիքի ավագ որդին էր: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին Սպիտակի համայնքապետարանից:

«Իրենք 3 եղբայր են, Գրիշան մեծն էր: Շատ լավ ընտանիք են, հայրը արտագնա աշխատանքի էր մեկնում, այս պահին չգիտենք՝ այստեղ է, թե դրսում:

Գրիշան շատ աշխույժ, միևնույն ժամանակ շատ շնորհքով տղա էր, Սպիտակի քոլեջում էր սովորում: Ոչ մի անգամ նրա մասին վատ բան չենք լսել»,- ասացին համայնքապետարանից:

17-ամյա տղան 2-րդ կուրսում էր սովորում: Հաստատությունից հայտնեցին, որ նա երեկ դասի է գնացել, դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել դասերի ավարտից հետո:

«Գրիշան մեզ մոտ ընդունվել էր նախորդ ուսումնական տարում, հիմա 2-րդ կուրսում էր սովորում: Աշխույժ պատանի էր, կյանքով լեցուն: Երեկ դասի է եկել, դասերի ավարտից հետո՝ 13:20, ցտեսություն է ասել ու գնացել: Դեպքը դրանից հետո է եղել՝ 14:30-ի սահմաններում: Ինքը քոլեջի ներսում ոչ մի խնդիր չի ունեցել, ամեն ինչ նորմալ է եղել»,- փոխանցեցին Սպիտակի պետական քոլեջից:

Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնեցին, որ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետի, 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետի, 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով:

Նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: 3 անձ ձերբակալվել է։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ մարտի 18-ին՝ ժամը 14:00ից 15:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Սպիտակ քաղաքի գերեզմանատան տարածքում 20-ամյա և 22-ամյա եղբայրներն ու նրանց հորաքրոջ 20-ամյա որդին անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են համաքաղաքացի 17-ամյա երիտասարդի հետ, որի ընթացքում 22-ամյա երիտասարդը դանակով հարվածել է 17-ամյա երիտասարդի կրծքավանդակին, ինչի հետևանքով նա մահացել է։

Ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների համատեղ իրականացված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում 3 երիտասարդները հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով ժամը 15․35-ին ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել են Համայնքային ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժին։ Հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերվել է։

Քրեական ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ վեճը եղել է 17-ամյա երիտասարդի կողմից 20-ամյա երիտասարդի կնոջը երկար նայելու պատճառով։ Կազմված փաստաթղթերն ու երիտասարդները ներկայացվել են նախաքննական մարմին։
